Fawlty Towers ain't got mothing on this chaos! Clueless guy on reception couldn't find any reservations. Fire alarm sounded repeatedly. Garage door went psycho. Pool was out of order. Plaster hanging off the verandah ceiling. If you want comedy of the absurd this is your place otherwise avoid.

was told he wanted to charge me $400 deposit also , he spent good 1-2 hours being rude to me refusing my room that I HAD PSID FOR AT 12-2 am in the morning when I had work and was exhausted TRULY AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND I AM APPALLED AT AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HIS REFUSAL REFUND EVEN THOUGH NO ROOM GIVEN ! I have never been so badly treated ! Spoke two other people guest at hotel whom both said he was awful them also ! One said they had broken aircon and was refused to be given a fan! disgusting ! I will tell all I can not book thru ur hotel the worst !

we stayed on the 15th floor in the room that was located right next to the trash shoot. it honestly stunk so bad, it went throughout the whole room

Disappointing stay. Feel like they have increased the price to take advantage of the housing issues in the city. The apartment was not clean, infested with tiny spiders and ants, everything is old and dated. Kitchen equipment was dirty with old food. Staff just rather rude in every interaction. Wifi does not work in the room. Highly deceiving pictures listed on hotels; not representing the quality of the room. Way overpriced for what you get. Other guests at the hotel were equally dissatisfied when we spoke to them (multiple groups). The location is fantastic though.

Parking was one of the worst experiences ever. I almost fell down holes getting stuff out of car. Very unsafe, don't know how it lasses inspections.

One and a half hours to check in at midnight. Hotel notified

I would not rate this a 4 star but rather a 3 star hotel. Impressive front entrance but hotel is old. Location to city is good. TV channels is limited and wifi is weak. Suit someone who just go out for the day and return at night just to sleep. Reception staff not the friendliest. Did not have hot water on my last day which I reported to the manager.

Clean and tidy

For the price i was very dissapointed with the service. Room was outdated but comfortable.I was away from my room from 7am - 5pm n the room had not been serviced. The cleaners did arrive after i got back which was inconvenient. They changed towels only and left behind terrible BO. The restaurant n bar were both closed n have been since covid and wasnt informed. Wouldnt stay again.

Actually I expected better. Overall I did not like anything, many broken promises (pool not working, just one lift, the internet signal intermittent). Very low value for money

No parking for guests anywhere close by. There was no towels in the room and they only had one to give us which they made us walk down to reception to pick up. The beds and pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable and the power points were hanging out of the walls. This hotel needs a serious update considering the price is still as high as other hotels.

Nice room in a good location. Friendly staff.

No hot water. Cracked shower recess.

Bed was worn out, springs can be felt. Not comfortable at all. Water pressure in shower very poor. Only one small elevator available and was very slow causing lots of waiting for a lift.
