Gelungener Städtetrip
Pros:

Überaus freundliches front desk Personal. Sehr zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer der einfachsten Kategorie war sehr groß und hatte fast unbegrenzten Stauraum.
Das riesige Bett war super bequem.
Der Pool ist erfrischend und die Duschen im Poolbereich sind super sauber und gepflegt.
Die MRT ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Great position and very comfortable room. Hope to visit it again
Pros:

The room was large and had everything you could need and the location was superb. Very near the MRT and buses. Had a great swimming pool on the 11th floor and gym equipment.
Nothing was missing

Good staff made it worthwhile, but there's room for improvement

It was a good stay at the hotel. Brought my family with me for a business trip

Immediate shout out to staff :
Ruhaishah was just incredibly helpful and kind during checkin. This set the tone that we were going to enjoy the hotel. Rating : 10/10!
At the club lounge, Aloysius, Rhys and Amanda were super friendly and helpful and this made the stay sweet. Rating : 9/10

I want to also thank the operator, and the duty manager for helping us with a last minute urgent help relating to a bag and the airport!

The pool being opened until 11pm was a HUGE HUGE plus point and star, although I wish the jacuzzi had warm water but again, not a big issue

The above staff's effort made up for some of these points of improvements :
1) hotel is a bit dated (but not a big issue as everything was clean etc)
2) the 'AI helper' actually made things harder to reach for help as it constantly had errors. Plus the electrical point was very faulty and was never fixed despite asking for help on it
3) the club lounge tea time and evening cocktails could do with a much better line up of food, as honestly the options were very very limited
4) kitchen / restaurant staff handling food were really not friendly and seemed to take customers' requests unhappily and as though we owed them a favour.

Thank you to the team that made our stay well worth it

The staffs are all very friendly and interactive!
Theres also an acoustic solo performer for entertainment who can play to your songs request! 🎸🎵
One of the better services that I’ve experienced when dining!!
My family and I has a great time 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 will definitely return again !!
