Wasserhahn defekt und keine,, Erstattung ". Monteur bis 23.00 Uhr im Zimmer.

Not worth the money, considering another hotel for my next business trip

The hotel has a good location.

Cons:

Check-in was extremely slow, with constant lines of people, and the staff at the front desk were definitely not professional. There was also confusion over whether my breakfast was included, and I had to show my reservation before they confirmed it. Early check-in is not possible, so if you have an early flight, don’t expect your room before 3 PM, which felt strange for such a large hotel. Breakfast was okay but nothing special, and it was very difficult to arrange an early “breakfast-to-go,” even though providing a breakfast box for early flights is a normal procedure at most hotels. Only the concierge helped us get a small breakfast before our flight, which included just a croissant, a small apple, and a small yogurt - definitely not worth the breakfast price. The hotel is a bit outdated and could use a renovation.

愉悅的體驗
Pros:

靠近港口有海景的房型很漂亮，每天早中晚的窗景都像畫。空間很大、桌面平台很多不怕東西沒地方放。智能管家能連接手機放音樂，電視也能投放螢幕，室內燈光明亮、插座多。早餐豐富每日會有些微變化，吃到滷肉飯很好吃很驚喜！位置好附近有公車站、商場、速食、超商、餐廳，計程車也好叫，晚上也安全。

Cons:

淋浴間只有花灑沒有蓮蓬頭對長輩稍微不太方便，房內僅兩個垃圾桶，一個是在浴室裡、另一個隱藏在辦公桌底下是個回收桶，入住時發現仍有前房客留下的空瓶有立即請前台派員處理。
