Great location great staff just lacked on room confit even tho fresh re furbished room
Pros:

Breakfast was great everything you need. Close to train station.

Cons:

Air on was on a timer at night so you would wake up hot wave your arms then it was sense movement in room then turn aircon back on so it was always hot then cold and no opening window. If you left devices on charge and left room come back and nothing had fully charged as power turns off again. Could hear every movement in floor above we were 25th floor.

Die Karaoke Bar habe ich leider am letzten Abend entdeckt - der Abend war super witzig und die Leute dort waren super nett. Das Zimmerpersonal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit - einfach top

Die Rezeption im Check in - die Herrschaften müssen noch an ihrer Gastfreundlichkeit arbeiten.

Overrated and overpriced for what is normal in other M Hotels we have stayed in
Pros:

It was clean but very much in need of a total renovation as not to the normal M Hotel standards. Disappointing.

Cons:

Very old and in need of a full renovation. Also no info on the main 2000 restaurant/cafe closed.
A very small and insignificant cafe provided in main reception area. Very poor quality.

Pros:

Excellent location, close to everything.

The front desk staff was really nice and allowed us to check-in early and arranged a connecting room for us.

Cons:

The staff at the breakfast buffet are not friendly and they are upset if you don't stack up your plates correctly.

The drawer and the bathtub has tiny hairs but the room is generally clean and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel, clean, friendly staff and amazing wide range buffet breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is very beautiful and is located amongst other beautiful buildings

Cons:

The checkout is at 11am… it’s 2026- noon is fair. I got a free extension though so am not complaining too much

Nice and a productive trip
Pros:

Excellent location and good hotel to stay for business. Very convenient to go around and have different types of food

Other than room size the rest was ok
Pros:

Bus stop just opposite the hotel main entrance

Cons:

I booked a room size 37 m2. It felt more like 30 m2. When I called to inform that the room was smaller than what I had booked, the person insisted that the room was 37 m2 which was not likely to be the case.

The hotel is going through a renovation and the bathrooms on the gym floor were not in service.
