Can be better for the price you pay
Pros:

Spacious room, comfortable big double bed, location

Cons:

No luggage service which is not acceptable at this kind of hotel and the price you pay.
Breakfast has not too much variety to start with and not Halal friendly. They told me even if the meat was halal they use the same wok and pans to cook in. So for people seeking halal food the only option they have is cakes and pastries which was also very limited.
Small bathroom compared to the room which was very spacious.
Very limited sitting area in the lobby. When we arrived they had a fire drill so we had to wait about 15 min in the lobby which was crowded by all the people who were already waiting.
Airconditioning settings need to be checked as it doesn't turn off by reaching the set temperature and keeps on cooling.
They call it seaview which for.me is not the case (see the picture shared).

It was a very pleasant experience made wonderful by the staff of the M hotel.surreal!!
Pros:

The breakfast was scrumptious , fresh and clean . The staff were prompt , attentive and hospitable. Will recommend this place to all.

Cons:

The room could have a microwave.
Please expand the options of room service for food e.g. simple items like a bowl of rice , steamed/ sauteed veggies for kids .

Excellent service, great location & tasty breakfast
Pros:

Excellent service, great location easy walking distance to MRT station. Delicious breakfast with great food selections. Well equipped gym. Spacious room & staff were very accommodating when asked for softer pillows. Bag storage & use of shower after we had checked out was added bonus.
