Breakfast was great. Location close to everything we required.
Busy Breakfast on weekends.
Good location for transfer to the cruise terminal, cheap stay by Singapore standards. Check in staff helpful and friendly.
Rooms looked very tired, and in much need of a refresh - understood that if that was done however the rate would probably increase. Nearby hawker court and restaurants / bars - quite away from main shopping areas.
We where here for the second time. Good location in Singapore to stay.
People working here are always there to help. We had a great room with a grewat view over the area.
There is a lot to see near the hotel so walking and biking can be done easy

Keine freundliche Begrüßung, keine Kofferhilfe, ein Zimmer direkt an 2 Aufzügen ohne Schalldämmung, ein Zimmer mit Schimmel und schlechter Luft, alles extrem hellhörig, kein Schminkspiegel, kein Nachfüllen von Duschgel, dafür mehrmals täglich Nachfragen, ob Kaffeeinstantpulver nachgeräumt werden soll, Kaffeemaschine mit Dauerblinken auch nachts, Frühstücksraum viel zu klein, Hotel alt und abgewohnt. Nicht mal 4 Sterne wert

I would especially like to commend Aloysius and Rhys for their exceptional hospitality. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their professionalism and genuine care made the club lounge experience even more memorable.
