La ubicación, el personal era amable y el desayuno estaba bastante bien

Cons:

La habitación no estaba muy limpia y no la hacen diariamente. Les pedimos que por favor la limpiasen pero se les olvido.El baño al ducharte se inundaba, la mampara no retenía el agua y se encharcaba.
La iluminación era muy escasa y a la noche prácticamente no se veía.
La habitación daba a la calle y había varias arquetas que al pasar los coches hacían mucho ruido.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, viel und reichlich Auswahl, Lage war gut man konnte die Stadt/ Hafen gut fußläufig erreichen

Sehr dunkle Zimmer mit Blick auf eine Häuserwand und zugenagelte Fenster, keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten fürs Gepäck, kein Schrank oder Regale im Zimmer zur Unterbringung, morgens fürs Frühstück zuwenig Tische zum Sitzen man musste warten bis was frei wurde, Personal an der Rezeption schien desinteressiert und wenig freundlich,

Inconcepibile che non sistemino la stanza ogni giorno, per il prezzo che chiedono poi. Fosse un due stelle capirei. A colazione si deve fare la coda per mangiare. Non hanno abbastanza tavoli per tutti.

Greit hotel som ligger greit til for vårt behov.
Pros:

Grei beliggenhet i forhold til byen. Nydelig frokost!

Cons:

Rommet var rent og greit, men i minste laget. Savnet to gode stoler, heldekkende speil, delt shampo, balsam og dusjsåpe på badet.

Poor. No management.
Cons:

Check in very poor and rushed, not thorough. Consequently missed option to cancel 2nd night which would have taken due to room not meeting description or photos.
Lift not working for 24 hrs.
Taken through to dirty service lift.
Receptionist manner very poor, needs training.
2 other receptionists were welcoming but neither again had ability to deal with problem or to contact manager. Frightening to think this hotel is run without management.
Absolutely no manager on site during stay. No staff able to deal with issue.
Could not recommend.

يتميز الفندق بموقع ممتاز في وسط المدينة، مما يسهل الوصول إلى العديد من الأماكن والخدمات المحيطة.
كما أن تعامل الموظفين كان جيدًا جدًا، وكانوا ودودين ومتعاونين ولديهم رغبة واضحة في تقديم المساعدة وتوفير أي خدمة نطلبها خلال فترة إقامتنا.

Cons:

للأسف، كانت تجربتنا مع الغرفة دون المستوى المتوقع. مستوى النظافة لم يكن جيدًا، حيث كان هناك تراكم واضح للغبار والأوساخ أسفل السرير وفي زوايا الغرفة وكان الأمر مزعجًا وغير مقبول. كما لايوجد تكييف في الغرفه فقط مروحه.
خيارات الإفطار محدودة جدًا، كما لا تتوفر إمكانية طلب أطباق إضافية من البيض حسب الرغبة كما هو معتاد في العديد من الفنادق.
إضاءة الغرفة ضعيفة جدًا بالإضافة إلى أن مساحة الغرفة صغيرة بشكل ملحوظ مما أثر على راحتنا وحركتنا أثناء الإقامة.
كذلك تعطل المصعد خلال فترة إقامتنا، وكان الصعود والنزول عبر الدرج مرهقًا جدًا بالنسبة لنا خصوصًا مع وجود عربة طفل.
بشكل عام، أرى أن الفندق يحتاج إلى تحسين مستوى النظافة، وتنوع الإفطار، وإضاءة الغرف، والاهتمام بسرعة معالجة الأعطال التي تؤثر بشكل مباشر على راحة النزلاء.
