Desidero presentare un reclamo in merito al soggiorno presso la vostra struttura.

Il problema principale è emerso al momento dell'arrivo, quando ci è stata assegnata una camera che non corrispondeva a quanto prenotato tramite Booking.com. Le caratteristiche della sistemazione ricevuta erano infatti diverse da quelle che ci avevano portato a effettuare la prenotazione.

Tra le criticità riscontrate segnalo l'assenza del tappetino da bagno, che rende particolarmente scomodo l'utilizzo del bagno dopo la doccia. Inoltre, per asciugarsi i capelli è praticamente necessario utilizzare la camera, poiché il bagno si allaga facilmente. La disposizione degli arredi è poco funzionale: non è possibile passare agevolmente dal secondo letto verso la finestra, manca lo spazio per un comodino e la stanza dispone di un solo comò fissato alla parete. I due letti risultano inoltre accostati come due brandine con un'unica testiera, soluzione che non corrisponde alle aspettative create dalla prenotazione.

Ciò che mi ha lasciato maggiormente insoddisfatto, tuttavia, è stato il comportamento della receptionist. Ho avuto la chiara impressione che fosse perfettamente a conoscenza della tipologia di camera che ci sarebbe stata assegnata e del fatto che non corrispondesse alle aspettative generate dall'annuncio. Ritengo quindi scorretto che non ci sia stato alcun avviso preventivo o alcuna comunicazione trasparente al momento della prenotazione. Se fossimo stati informati correttamente, avremmo potuto valutare altre soluzioni.

La mancanza di chiarezza e di trasparenza nei confronti del cliente è l'aspetto che mi ha maggiormente deluso e che considero inaccettabile.

On one night there was a lot of noise 'til 2am from a nearby house, so sleeping was difficult. There's no kettle in the room but you can make a drink in the breakfast area at any time.

The shower that would not drain. The hallway carpet was in terrible shape and really made a poor first impression. The tour group crowd not pleasant.

Awaria czujnika ogrzewania podłogowego po godzinie pobytu w pokoju. Po zgłoszeniu problemu poszliśmy zwiedzić miasto. Niestety po powrocie po 3h usterka nie była naprawiona - bardzo głośne piszczenie czujnika. Po kolejnej prośbie naprawy pani z recepcji zignorowała problem. Dopiero prośba o kontakt z managerem poskutkowala wezwaniem technika, który usunął problem na pol godziny. Po ponownej interwencji w recepcji było po godzinie 22, pani zaproponowała pokój w innym hotelu z dojazdem na własną rękę 😶. Udało się poprosić jeszcze raz technika, który wymienił czujnik na inny i problem rozwiązał.

I found my room to be quite small and tight especially as I had both cases open at one point to move things between them and it was a struggle. As I was only there one night it was a minor issue but if staying longer this could become an inconvenience. I know I booked a single room but the room on the example photo looked like it had more space and I've stayed in plenty of single rooms with more space than this one. The room also cost too much in my opinion for what I got, maybe smaller rooms could be listed as such and charged at a different rate as I would have upgraded if I knew sizing before staying. I could also hear everything in the hallway with people walking around and doors closing. Another issue was check out times, on Booking it is listed as 12:00 but when I got there it was listed as 11:00 on various signs throughtout and checked with a staff memeber who confirmed it was 11:00. I specifically looked for somewhere with a check out at 12:00 as I didn't have to be at the ferry terminal until 13:00 so it was unfortunate that it's been listed incorrectly.

Some minor negatives but didn't impact me too much: The entrance/check-in/lobby area is very tight as it is multi-use with the breakfast & dining area, especially tight when going out in the morning as people are trying to get breakfast. I didn't do the breakfast but it seemed really busy and crowded. No fridge for storing milk for tea and coffee but my milk did ok at room temp for the short stay.

Leaking shower. The room was very hot at times and the lift had a fault but felt it was not too problemsgix
