Yuck go somewhere else

Cons:

I thought I posted about this before somebody had a plastic bag over the fire detector I took pictures and posted that the back window was broken wouldn't lock anybody could climb into your room. The shower was a dribble. Places beat up and needs to be redone. Not even worth 50 bucks.

Good clean place for a great value
Pros:

Older hotel, but we'll maintained and very clean. The flowers up front in the entranceway added extra appeal. Smelled very clean when walking in the lobby and greeted with a nice warm smile. Check in was a breeze and got upgraded to nonpet friendly room. Our room was very clean, beds were comfy, water pressure in shower was excellent! Breakfast had a variety of cold and hot choices. My son loved the chocolate waffles

Odeur très dérangeante dès le hall d'entrée (odeur d'égouts très forte) qui se poursuit ensuite dans les couloirs et même la chambre. Une horreur. Les employés ont, pour le petit déjeuner, couvert l'odeur avec des désodorisants pour toilettes. Le petit déjeuner... sans commentaire. Pas de choix, la pâte à gaufres avait un goût de vinaigre. Rien n’est tenu au frais... la chambre était sale (traces sur la porte des toilettes, moquette tachée) rideaux déchirés. Piscine sale et froide. Je déconseille pour une famille en road trip... de plus, la zone où l’hôtel est situé n’est pas très accueillante.

Pros:

Rude front desk they also didn’t tell me price before taking my card for payment. Also part of the building smelled like marijuana.

Pros:

The night shift person 8/5/26 was really bitchy didn’t tell us where to go. We get into the room not the room I booked. I booked a single queen but yet got a double queen. The bathroom dirty along with the faucet of the shower was broken had to re tighten it to even shower. And even then the soaps all gross we had our own thank god. And the faucet of the shower leaked all night long. Bed was descent. Definitely not worth a few nights stay we just needed a couple hours of sleep. I’m a house keeper myself for a hotel and it was just sad. Would have asked for a room change and a refund but was so late at night to make it a hassle needed sleep

Pros:

There was unidentified stains on the sheets, black mold in the bathroom. Although we could see the room has been cleaned, it wasn't what we expected. The pool wasn't available, the vending machines and ice machine were out of service. The hotel needs a thorough refreshments. There are a lot of other hotels in Casper that seemed better

Pros:

We stayed several years ago and quite frankly, the room was a little on the seedy side. Not sketchy by any means, just border line. This stay however was far different cleaner, brighter and far exceeded expectations. Will definitely stay again.

Cons:

I found the bed to be a bit lumpy.
