Nice Heritage Experience

Cons:

Unclean Rooms, Linen, Pillow Covers and Curtains. Washroom had a leak. Backflow from the main washroom drain, when I used the basin. Shower faucets are not serviced. Water was smelly and unclean.

Pros:

地點佳，就在印度博物館及新市場旁，早上餐點很優，好吃，房間具有歷史的感覺，尤其是電梯更是特別。

The location is excellent, right next to the Indian Museum and the New Market. The breakfast is superb and delicious. The rooms have a historical feel, and the elevator is especially special.

The stay was Safe, comfortable & value for money.
Pros:

Loved the place & property. Prime location ! Receptionist was too friendly & warm welcomed. Property is Antique still clean & royal. Felt safety with my family. I really visit the property again, if iam going to Kolkata in future!
