great location but total lack of useful information
Pros:

Location Food in restaurant

Cons:

ab no info in the rooms about the hotel facilities eg free access to nearby swimming pool and sports centre - free passes available but no one told me this . Also no kettle in room so had to buy coffee from machine in reception . On check in given no info at all other than how to find lift to room! Had to ask at reception for everything and sometimes queue to speak to someone

Pros:

Very comfy bed, really well heated and I was glad I had access to the heating controls so I could turn it down! Breakfast was exceptional.

Pros:

Aamiainen oli erinomainen ja huone viihtyisä. Hyvä palvelu, sain toisen peiton vastaanottoon soittamalla. Hienoa kun koiran saa ottaa mukaan huoneeseen. Kiva kun checkoutin sai siirrettyä parilla tunnilla.

Cons:

Shampoo/suihkusaippua olivat voimakkaan hajuiset. Kaverini harmitteli kun munakokkeli ja puuro sisältivät maitotuotteita, joita hän ei kestä.
