Pros:

Ken at the front desk was amazing! Thank you for all that you did for us. Only complaint on the stay, the parking lot lights weren;t working made is really dark out there.

Great place to stay before and after air travel.
Pros:

We like the location of this hotel. There are many restaurants that don't require getting back on Greenville's jam packed roads. They also have a free airport shuttle and allow you to park on the property while you are traveling. The staff has always been excellent.

A great stopping place at the end or beginning of a trip.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. We left our car in their parking lot when we went on a bus tour. We stayed there before we left, and when we returned. Our bus got running late on the return trip. We called and notified the hotel, and their staff was helpful and welcoming as we got there very early in the morning.

Cons:

Nothing. It was a great hotel.

Pros:

Rooms smelled awful, none of the lights in the parking lot worked. I don’t see the renovations they’re advertising. The front desk was very nice and helpful.

Pros:

First, the gentleman helping us, Brent, was great. Unfortunately, the first room we had smelled so badly of mold we were unable to stay in it. When I looked behind the curtain, there was black mold and the window frame bubbling and separating from the actual wall frame. We were upgraded and the room was fine. It was just an overnighter but would try to avoid booking there again
