Pros:

Every single thing exceeded expectations. Staff took care of the minutest details to ensure our stay was memorable.
They are especially good with kids. Staff customised special fun activities for my 7yo son that will make him always remember Oberoi Rajvilas.

Wonderful property, wonderful people and a wonderful stay.
Pros:

Hospitality - I’ve travelled a lot and stayed at quite a few luxury hotels.
This property and its team’s hospitality is on another level. It was truly wonderful.

Cons:

I guess the only small negative is the gym being a bit small but was advised that they will have new equipment soon.

Always a joy staying at Oberoi
Pros:

Everything, most especially the level of care and hospitality from staff. Warm, impeccable service with just the right amount of personal touch. Can't go wrong with Oberoi stays.

Lovely spa staff, including yoga instructor Shivangi.

Gorgeous grounds. Wonderful facilities. The most beautiful and thoughtfully furnished rooms. The BEDS are the best in all of India.

Personalised breakfast of their own initiative. The staff truly take care of everything and go out of their way to make sure you're 100000% happy.

Everything . There was nothing which we didn’t like . Hospitality was of a different kind . Chef Veeram was absolutely amazing. Mr Vivek Bhatt was such a polite person who looked into every small detail . Nancy , Pulkit and chef Karan each and everyone took care of all details personally .

Simply perfect — a hotel experience we will never forget.
Pros:

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to India. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable.

The spa is fantastic, the restaurant is excellent, and the staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained.

The live music in the evenings and the traditional puppet performances created such a magical atmosphere and made the whole experience even more special.

A very special thank you to Nandini, Nancy, and Akash for their kindness and outstanding hospitality. They made our stay truly memorable.

We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting India and would love to come back one day.

Cons:

After experiencing this hotel, every other place feels slightly disappointing because you inevitably compare it to the exceptional standards set here.

The hospitality and professionalism are on an entirely different level. Many luxury hotels could learn a great deal from this team.

Gorgeous but quite far outside of Jaipur. A beautiful respite but you could have been anywhere. I tented room/suite had a substantial private swimming pool and lawn with peacocks walking around on top of the surrounding wall! We were in the middle of our Indian sojourn so it was very nice Interlude.

Cons:

Beautiful grounds and fantastic spa. The best facial I have ever had! Almost worth traveling halfway around the world for.
