Pros:

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter / Mitarbeiterinnen.
Super schön gelegen, Zentral für Ausflüge, tolles Ambiente direkt am Zwischenahner Meer.
Tolles Frühstücksbüffet, sehr lecker.

Cons:

Unser Badezimmer zeigte an einigen Stellen Rostbildung….. wahrscheinlich da es ein innenliegendes Bad war ohne Lüftung. Aber das sind wirklich nur kleine Schönheitsfehler

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Ein ausgezeichnetes und reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Das es nicht mit den Wellnessangeboten geklappt hat.In der Woche stand kein Personal für kurzfristige Behandlungen zur Verfügung.

Pros:

Das Personal ist durchgängig immer sehr freundlich. Rezeption und Frühstücksservice sind besonders hervorzuheben, letzteres bis 11:30. Sicherlich ist das Meiste bzgl. der Ausstattung auf einem guten Stand.
Unser Zimmer, zum Meer hinaus, bot eine tolle Aussicht. Der kurzfristige Zimmertausch wurde ermöglicht.

Cons:

Es gab nur einen Fall, in dem sich meine Frau über eine Reaktion geärgert hatte.
Eine Bar gibt es nicht, das war überraschend. Die Minibar ist nur mit einer Flasche Wasser gefüllt. Wir warteten einige Male recht lange auf den Aufzug?

Ein schönes Wochende in einem top Hotel
Pros:

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gute Lage direkt am Wasser und nah an der Innenstadt, sehr gutes Frühstück, Parkplatz direkt am Hotel, gutes Schwimmbad und Sauna.

Cons:

Die Preise im Hotelrestaurant finden wir persönlich etwas hoch, das Essen war aber lecker und die Bedienung sehr gut.
