When speaking with the front desk about our issue, she hung up mid sentence on me, we checked out and left.

The location was great. Multiple buildings to stay at depending what you were looking for

Cons:

The rugs in the building were super dirty. Our sewer backed up into the shower when you run the faucet and we didn't get to shower before leaving as it was addressed in time. Not could we wash up or brush our teeth because we couldn't use the faucet or the smell and back up got worse. The stairway door was across the hall and we listened to it slam shut all night and all morning. Poor design.

Great location. Decent price but room could have been better.
Pros:

The location was great, we had a lake view from our room. It was easy to walk to the town docks, restaurants and shops.

Cons:

The Superior King room could have been better. Their was feces in the toilet not cleaned from previous guests, pillow were not comfortable. Air conditioner made a strange surging sound.

Pros:

Location, view, clean and comfortable. Great towels. Large tv. I’ll stay again in the future, maybe add in another day.

Cons:

Room was switched to another location prior to arrival. But they were able to switch it back upon request. Tub was slippery.
