Completely comfortable and welcoming, this was the best choice by far.
Pros:

Location was perfect for our stop on our trip. Upon arrival the super friendly staff at the front desk made us feel immediately comfortable and they were so kind. The building was clean, our room was clean and SO welcoming- there was even a handwritten note to welcome us in our room and a rubber ducky for my son’s bath. I have stayed in a lot of hotels of all calibers and the way this one made me feel was above and beyond. After a very long and stressful day of driving in all sorts of weather, this was exactly what my kids and I needed.

Cons:

No notes here, I didn’t experience anything negative.

Our stay was short - basically in and out, and our experience was efficient.
Cons:

Construction/Remodeling was a little inconvenient, but we understand that has to happen sometimes. The young woman at the front desk who checked us out, was lovely.

Decent for the price.
Pros:

Room was clean, extra pillows were provided as requested. Quiet. Good location.

Cons:

Hotel was under remodel which we were not told on the phone. Also, called 3.days prior and asked.if pool would be open and was told yes.

Not bad but I probably would have stayed elsewhere if I'd known about the "construction" going on.
Pros:

They're in the process of remodeling and my room was one of the ones that had obviously been upgraded. It was nice.

Cons:

I told the desk clerk when I checked out that there was a problem with the toilet. I think it had a bad "flap" in the tank and it ran most of the night.

Don't stay here during or after a snowstorm.
Pros:

Everything was great inside the hotel. The parking lot was treacherous.

Cons:

The parking lot was ice-filled. Extremely poorly kept. With 6" ridges of hardened ice and snow that made walking to/from my car dangerous.
