Good location, basic accomodation
Pros:

Location was excellent. Family room was a good size. Stored our luggage before check in.

Cons:

Street noise and noise from adjoining apartments
Single beds were very narrow
Inadequate power points and in strange locations.
Had a couple of issues (no toilet paper, room key stopped working) but staff fixed immediately

Staff were nice and accommodating.
Pros:

Location and offered amenities in the room like draw dishwasher and washing machine.

Cons:

TV remote wouldn’t work, no electric blanket and air conditioner wouldn’t work properly, shower door swung both ways so wouldn’t stay shut properly and whoever was in the room prior left a jumper in a washing machine full of water.

Over priced and not clean

Bathroom was dirty marks not cleaned on walls and tiles, liquid soap bottle empty, no flannels, hair on tiles, thin toilet paper, no tissues. The toilet brush holder was filthy, hadn't been cleaned in some time. Paint job in room very poor.
Pillows for bed were either too hard or too soft.
The price was higher than normal and the fact with these issues not worth it, feel we should receive a part refund.

Great stay if you are after the basics. I did like there was a cook top and a microwave
Pros:

Location close to shops and public transport

Cons:

People hanging out the front right by the door during the day but then returning late at night making me feel uncomfortable as I was by myself.

Great 4 night stay and very conveniently located to everything.
Pros:

Self contained apartment close to tram and shops, restaurants and within walking distance to markets etc.
Very comfortable. Would stay here again!

Cons:

Shower was a bit small as my husband is on larger size.

Great location and value for money.
Pros:

Great location. Right in the heart of the action. The family suite was pretty comfortable for my wife, kids, and me. The kitchenette is compact but well-equipped, and the amenities are pretty okay given the price point and offerings.

Cons:

It's no 5 star hotel but nothing really bothered me given the location, price point and our general expectations.

Great location, kind staff, problematic bedding
Pros:

The location was great, the staff were kind and friendly and the hotel overall was in good condition. Air conditioning was useful on the hot Melbourne days in Summer.

Cons:

The main bed was harder than a rock and the sofa bed (pull out mattress) was made of foam, the frame was poor quality and the support bars were broken.

We were unable to address the issue so one of the guests had to sleep on a broken sofa bed for multiple nights which squeaked and had metal bars sticking into their back.
