Pros:

Clean and located on the CBD
Close to everything and public transport at the door

Cons:

No sheets were available for the bed couch. We also booked for three people and only two towels in the bathroom
We didn't ask for extra towels and sheets but I think it was logical to supply extra maybe, next time the hotel needs to check how many people booked for the property
But all the rest was fine

Mel visit for Int Flower Show
Pros:

City location good for transport & shops.
Kitchen facilities adequate.

Cons:

LACK OF CLEANLINESS. Had to ask for the shower tiles to be scrub for mould, linen for the sofa bed, suggested scrub/paint all walls of scuffs, dirty marks especially around the toilet. Washing machine filthy & freezer part of fridge badly needed defrosting & exhaust fan in bathroom not working hence creates an environment for mould.

Expensive for tiny room

Paying for parking 10 minute walk away when there is one next door. The size of the room was smaller than a hotel room.

Good location, basic accomodation
Pros:

Location was excellent. Family room was a good size. Stored our luggage before check in.

Cons:

Street noise and noise from adjoining apartments
Single beds were very narrow
Inadequate power points and in strange locations.
Had a couple of issues (no toilet paper, room key stopped working) but staff fixed immediately

Staff were nice and accommodating.
Pros:

Location and offered amenities in the room like draw dishwasher and washing machine.

Cons:

TV remote wouldn’t work, no electric blanket and air conditioner wouldn’t work properly, shower door swung both ways so wouldn’t stay shut properly and whoever was in the room prior left a jumper in a washing machine full of water.

Over priced and not clean

Bathroom was dirty marks not cleaned on walls and tiles, liquid soap bottle empty, no flannels, hair on tiles, thin toilet paper, no tissues. The toilet brush holder was filthy, hadn't been cleaned in some time. Paint job in room very poor.
Pillows for bed were either too hard or too soft.
The price was higher than normal and the fact with these issues not worth it, feel we should receive a part refund.

Great stay if you are after the basics. I did like there was a cook top and a microwave
Pros:

Location close to shops and public transport

Cons:

People hanging out the front right by the door during the day but then returning late at night making me feel uncomfortable as I was by myself.
