Great 4 night stay and very conveniently located to everything.
Pros:

Self contained apartment close to tram and shops, restaurants and within walking distance to markets etc.
Very comfortable. Would stay here again!

Cons:

Shower was a bit small as my husband is on larger size.

Great location and value for money.
Pros:

Great location. Right in the heart of the action. The family suite was pretty comfortable for my wife, kids, and me. The kitchenette is compact but well-equipped, and the amenities are pretty okay given the price point and offerings.

Cons:

It's no 5 star hotel but nothing really bothered me given the location, price point and our general expectations.

Great location, kind staff, problematic bedding
Pros:

The location was great, the staff were kind and friendly and the hotel overall was in good condition. Air conditioning was useful on the hot Melbourne days in Summer.

Cons:

The main bed was harder than a rock and the sofa bed (pull out mattress) was made of foam, the frame was poor quality and the support bars were broken.

We were unable to address the issue so one of the guests had to sleep on a broken sofa bed for multiple nights which squeaked and had metal bars sticking into their back.

Ok but noisy
Pros:

Location was excellent, walking distance to everything in the cbd, The rooms were clean and had the basics BUT, bring some earplugs to sleep with, it's extremely noisy at night.

Cons:

The noise, especially at night when you're trying to sleep, don't seem to notice it during the day? And I think the price went up due to the Australia day long weekend and the Australian open, there's no way this room is worth over $400 a night

TERRIBLE . Try cleaning the place. Wouldn’t let my dog stay there

The place is a rip off and a dump

Cons:

Very dirty
Carpet worn through
Noisy traffic all night
Air conditioning sounded like a plane taking off
Drug utensils on the footpath for the 3 days I was there
Right in front of the entrance
Requested 2 beds in a room on booking
Was told only once there not available
Could of told me before I turned up
Had to buy a second room
Front desk staff useless
Parking no where near the hotel
What a dump of a place

Property run down. Needs to be painted. Can hear outside noise. Reception office next door to the hotel entrance. Entrance to hotel has a derelict feel and not welcoming.

Spent most of my time out of the building - staff were friendly
Pros:

Location for what I needed

Staff were friendly

Cons:

Basic - couldn’t get a shower cap

Rooms smelt like old cigarette smell - probably something they couldn’t remove
