The hotel is located in a very central place and breakfast was good

Cons:

Beds were super uncomfortable, as a pregnant woman it was impossible to have a decent night sleep (which is the main goal of a hotel). Lobby is understaffed so long qeues to check in and out. Same goes for the elevators: not enough for all the people. The day of the check out we had to wait over 30 minutes just to get down with the luggage (with stairs was impossible due to being in one of the higher floors). Worst part though was that we were charged for the bottles of water left in the room - which are normally complimentary. Nowhere was it stated that they were to paid (at an outrageous price may I add) and we only found out after we left the hotel because they never sent the statement. It took me 4 days just to get an answer from them. Overall I would not recommend this place and I don't think I'll be staying Ina Hyatt ever again

Some of the staff at reception , especially black young lady at the reception who had an attitude. Worst room service. Basically a ZERO to room service.

Camera da 3 persone molto piccolina ma non ci aspettavamo nulla di diverso.
Cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni, cosa molto apprezzata.

Cons:

La colazione da rivedere.

Cons:

Room was very small
Some of the reception staff had a poor attitude and were unwilling to help. They preferred to focus on their personal phones rather than assisting guests.
Reception also treated customers who booked through third-party sites as second-class citizens.
Breakfast was disappointing— the setup was unhygienic and there were very few healthy options available.

Good location and facilities
Pros:

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, fantastic to have a mini fridge in the room. The location is very handy especially for the Javits center. Shower was fine. Nice big TV in room. Generally the facilities were good. I would stay there again.

Cons:

The breakfast was very basic, I would say edible but not great. The room was tiny, nowhere really to open your large case up fully without tripping over it. Bathroom was also small. The staff were fairly monotone and disinterested, wasn't a warm and friendly welcome. A bath would have been nice to have. Charging $6 for two tiny bottles of water in the room instead of them being complementary is just greedy. Had to tell the cleaners to go away after they repeatedly knocked on my door before 9am to come and clean and ignored my several no thank yous but that's yeh case for most hotels I think.

Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville. Beaucoup de points d’intérêt sont facilement accessibles à pied. Les transports publics sont proches.

Cons:

À mon arrivée, le solde complet pour mon séjour n’avait pas été prélevé par Booking, j’ai dû finaliser le paiement en dollars ce qui a augmenté le tarif annoncé au départ.

Pros:

La ubicación muy cerca de Times Square y la amabilidad de todos los empleados del hotel.

Cons:

Estuvimos 1 semana y el desayuno siempre era el mismo, solo variaba que un día era bacon, otro día bacon de pavo y otro salchicha. Deberían poner embutido, por ejemplo.
