Cons:

Los elevadores a veces no eran suficientes para la cantidad de personas alojadas. Tuvimos que hacer largas esperas para el elevador y luego tuvimos que usar las escaleras.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Location is the best part, times square is at walkable distance. Each and every one of the staff we interacted with were helpful, humble and grounded. Breakfast had few freshly cooked items and all the services were excellent.

Pros:

Really loved the size of the rooms (for New york city!), the layout and decor. The service and breakfast area were also quite good. Location is of course fantastic & walking distance to everything.

Cons:

The breakfast spread could be better. It gets quite hectic, so if ur a bite late, many items are finished too. So maybe they can improve this a bit.
