Cons:

I was charged with a parking ticket for just a few minutes stopping to check in , Reservation was paid fully upfront however my card was charged wrongly several transactions and it was kept blocked for a long time even after I left, that was tension full .

I would definitely stay here again and highly this hotel to anyone visiting NYC!
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Place Times Square. The breakfast was delicious every morning, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Our room was cleaned daily and always kept spotless, which made our stay very comfortable.
The hotel staff were friendly and professional, and the location was perfect for exploring New York City !

Very good stay for location. Breakfast included a great addition
Pros:

I enjoyed the staff, the speediness of service, and the flexibility of being able to check in a bit earlier.

Cons:

The elevators were quite inconsistent and for the breakfast area a variety of breakfast meats daily would be a great addition. There were many days only one type of breakfast meat was available.

No es mi primera vez, ya había estado antes y lo volví a elegir porque La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de muchos lugares para llegar caminando o en metro, ya que este último está muy cerca
