Nice clean place, good value. Would gladly stay here again.
Pros:

Great location for me. Easy short walk to a variety of restaurants and Walmart. Room was sharp and clean. Breakfast was pretty good (waffles!), though I left too early two of three days to enjoy it. Front desk staff was super-friendly. A/C worked great, which is important in the summer in south Mississippi.

Cons:

The card-key lock took a little fiddling with each time I used it. I called it in on the first of three days because I was afraid it was going to fail entirely. Apparently someone worked on it while I was away because it was better, but still a little iffy. No biggie, though.

Our stay was okay.
Pros:

Breakfast was very limited and okay. The staff was nice and attentive to the issues we had. The price for two nights was good.

Cons:

Unable to get into our room at one point, the blow dryer was broken, and the TV was very limited.

Saved a little money, but somewhat uncomfortable

Friendly service. Good location. Very helpful staff

Cons:

Food quality was generally not acceptable. Room has musty smell. Sofa was old and soiled.

Pros:

The toilet backed up in the bathroom and it was on the weekend. I called the front desk and they told me there was no one to fix it so they brought me a plunger. It didn’t work. It broke and then the front desk came the front desk lady came and she used a different plunger and it worked for the rest of our stay. Other than that. It was OK it was it was clean just dated.

Very sketchy location
Pros:

Covers on bed were torn, spots on sheets, a/c made noises all night and not very cool. Breakfast was horrible. 1 egg in pan, biscuits cold, no bread other than a few bagels, OJ was horrible
