Expensive for what it is .Needs a serious upgrade .
Pros:

Nothing really

Cons:

The rooms are very dated ,with very old bathrooms .Taps dont work properly and the hot water runs out quickly .The bed is very uncomfortable and old and small for two people .You keep rolling to the middle as its sunken in .We did request a change in mattress after the first night ,but nothing was done .The breakfast was also nothing to write home about especially if you are not a meat eater ,or prefer healthier options .

Friendly and helpful staff and breakfast was really nice

Cons:

The beds were the most uncomfortable and the shower in the bath wasn't ideal at all. Room 2 the shower didn't work well. (It was horrific). The aircon makes a terrible noise

Because of your uncomfortable beds and horrible shower in the bath, I wouldn't go back to this hotel again, unless it's upgraded. I honestly suggest you replace your beds and remove all baths(have showers only)

Pros:

The staff were fantastic and all went out of their way to make sure we had an awesome stay.

Cons:

No fridge in the room. Im sure it said it on the booking confirmation but I didn't notice and was bummed.
Pool would look amazing repainted.

The Complimentary breakfasts were awesome!!

Staff is exceptionally friendly, we enjoyed our stay tremendously.

What a beautiful and tranquil home away from home.

Cons:

Just some constructive criticism:

We were 4 guests booked in a twin room for 2 nights.

However, only 2 towels and 2 cups were supplied, only 1 roll of toilet tissue, an 1 set of complimentary soap, body wash, and only 1 x 500ml of fresh drinking water.

It would be a nice touch if each guest could receive a set of everything when checking in, instead of having to make turns using everything 🙈

We asked for the room to be made up again when we left at 7h30 and upon our return at 13h30 the room was not serviced. So we had no tidying up service during our stay at all. But the Cleaning Lady did provide me with 2 extra towels and a roll of toilet tissue when i asked her.

Maybe guests who stay over could have their rooms made up very early/first? (We call them "quick changes")

Nevertheless, our stay was BERY PLEASANT, we have no "real complaints"
