Superbe séjour dans cet établissement, nous y reviendrons sans hésiter !
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel, situé au centre de l’île, on accède rapidement à toutes les plages. Situé en sortie de ville il y a un parking à proximité où il y a toujours de la place.
Accueil très chaleureux, conseils de Christina, ce qui est un grand plus par rapport à un hôtel classique.
Chambre très propre.
Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n’est servi qu’à partir de 8h30, or en plein été ce serait appréciable de pouvoir le prendre à partir de 7h30. Cela pour deux raisons : Pour accéder à certaines criques il faut arriver au parking avant 8h30 sinon ils sont complets.
Il fait très chaud l’été et partir tard de l’hôtel implique de marcher en pleine chaleur….il faut souvent compter 30min à 1h de marche pour se rendre dans les criques

Very nice room with stone walls and nice air conditioning, nice beds and Ferreries is in the middle of the island.

Cons:

Not the room I booked. I booked the suite but when we got there, it was not available. However, the team was very nice and they took care of the situation.

Le petit déjeuner était vraiment super, et les gens qui nous servaient à ce petit déjeuner était vraiment super aussi. La responsable de l'établissement était vraiment à l'écoute, elle nous a bien aidé, car nous étions venus pour voir l'éclipse, et ce n'était pas facile de savoir où il était possible d'aller pas, et grâce à elle, nous avons trouvé un lieu super…

Pros:

Tutto: posizione, accoglienza, arredamento e funzionalità della camera, letto comodissimo, pulizia, doccia enorme, condizionatore molto silenzioso, colazione meravigliosa, parcheggio molto vicino. Cristina è gentilissima e molto accogliente. Per la colazione offre oltre al ricco buffet uova, formaggio e prosciutto crudo di altissima qualità. Mette a disposizione ombrelloni per la spiaggia, ghiaccio per la borsa frigo, teli per la spiaggia. Conto di tornare a Minorca e di tornare in questo perfetto b&b

Cons:

Unico difetto riscontrato, per essere cavillosi, è il fatto che l'edificio non si trova facilmente se si arriva dalla stradina interna, forse sarebbe opportuno un cartello sulla strada che lo indichi. Quando siamo arrivate abbiamo fatto un po' fatica a trovarlo

Unica pecca, poca privacy perché il wc non è in un ambiente separato ma solo diviso da una porta in vetro opaca
