Comfy and felt like home
Pros:

Great and kind staff. Feeling very welcoming. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The room was slightly small. And the light was a bit sharp. Would be great with a softer option for right before going to bed. The windows were no option to see outside.

ウエルカムドリンクが良かったです。
でも、もう少し種類があるともっと良かった。

Cons:

仕方ないんですけど、ロケーションは良くない。
あと、部屋の中の壁に取り付けてあった部品が突然大きい音と共に落下した。
すぐに、スタッフの方に来てもらったが、接着剤が取れたのでこのままですということでした。それはちょっとどうなんですかね？
最後に最後にも一言もなかったけど、何か一言位あってもいいんじゃないでしょうか？

Pros:

The best part was the onsen, great to come to after a busy day sightseeing

Cons:

Twin beds were pushed close together and you could not walk around the beds, barely any space for luggage and overall hotel felt impersonal, also not so convenient for travelling around the city. Wouldn't choose again
