Very nice hotel clean and comfy. Adorable location
Pros:

It was so comfy and clean, they have a parking lot which is lovely, your greeted with a little welcome bag with snacks, very friendly staff.! Also comfy beds!

Cons:

We didn’t like around 7am the noise above us was consistent, of workers in the other rooms making so much noise, it was so loud and didn’t stop, we couldn’t sleep, we also got in at 2:30, we had to leave it was so loud.

Comfortable, great staff, come to Newport and stay here.
Pros:

It was great to have breakfast right there at the start of the day. We like the fruit cup option. Blueberry muffin would have been nice. The cake was extremely dry and we did not like it. The room was large and roomy, the bed very comfortable. Responsive climate control a plus. I would have been easy to spend more time with you.

Cons:

Shower controls were a challenge. We wasted a lot of water before we got sorted out. The toilet ran all night - notified front desk in the morning.

This is our sixth stay here so I guess we like it
Pros:

Location is very accessible ro downtown. Hotel is very quiet.

Cons:

Parking is a little cramped ! You can park on the road though.

Delightful !
Pros:

We loved our stay at the Mill St Inn. When we arrived the person that checked us in was so helpful. There was complimentary Sangria as well. The room was spacious with a living room set up and a king sized bed with lovely linen. The only negative thing I could say is the bathroom is small. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious . The Inn is centrally located and an easy walk to the Mooring Restaurant where we had reservation. We also toured two of the Newport Mansions - absolutely beautiful and decorated for Christmas. I would highly recommend the Mill St Inn.

Very enjoyable this was our second stay👍
Pros:

Breakfast was just enough and very good especially the yogurt, close walk to town

Cons:

Should’ve put a sink on the first floor of the townhouse suites. Also didn’t like that the exit doors make a loud noise when they close most of the people don’t hold the door and it slams.

Your perfect Newport home.
Pros:

The upstairs rooms are fantastic . The stairs may be a bit much for some but the views over Newport are beautiful. Hotel is very central and walking to the Tennis Hall of Fame, The Newport Art Museum, Cliff Walk and many great restaurants. It’s also very quiet and finally the staff is excellent.

Cons:

The parking is very tight when the hotel is full. Breakfast served in a paper bag but surprisingly good.

Unfortunately it was just OK. I expected more for the price.
Pros:

The breakfast was delivered to our room and there was a nice selection of cold items. The yogurt was delicious as was the granola. I liked that it was served in a bag so we could easily take what we didn't eat in the car.
The room was very niceley designed.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit threadbare with a definite need for a remodel. For the price I expected more. Also the room overlooked the parking lot which was OK for 1 night but would have been a total downer if I was staying there in the summer.
