Absolutely love this hotel!! Parked easily, checked in and received a lovely welcome bag with local treats, and entered into a gigantic suite on the second floor! The bed is so super comfortable, there are blackout curtains, a rain shower with excellent products, bright light when you want it, an incredible espresso machine, and last but not least, a perfect breakfast and coffee delivered in the morning!! I couldn’t ask for anything more of a hotel, except I wish we could stay longer! A 3 minute walk into town, so also a great location. The staff is so super friendly. I’m writing this from bed where we just called down for towels and they were delivered in approximately 60 seconds. 10/10!!
It was so comfy and clean, they have a parking lot which is lovely, your greeted with a little welcome bag with snacks, very friendly staff.! Also comfy beds!
We didn’t like around 7am the noise above us was consistent, of workers in the other rooms making so much noise, it was so loud and didn’t stop, we couldn’t sleep, we also got in at 2:30, we had to leave it was so loud.
It was great to have breakfast right there at the start of the day. We like the fruit cup option. Blueberry muffin would have been nice. The cake was extremely dry and we did not like it. The room was large and roomy, the bed very comfortable. Responsive climate control a plus. I would have been easy to spend more time with you.
Shower controls were a challenge. We wasted a lot of water before we got sorted out. The toilet ran all night - notified front desk in the morning.
Location is very accessible ro downtown. Hotel is very quiet.
Parking is a little cramped ! You can park on the road though.

We loved our stay at the Mill St Inn. When we arrived the person that checked us in was so helpful. There was complimentary Sangria as well. The room was spacious with a living room set up and a king sized bed with lovely linen. The only negative thing I could say is the bathroom is small. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious . The Inn is centrally located and an easy walk to the Mooring Restaurant where we had reservation. We also toured two of the Newport Mansions - absolutely beautiful and decorated for Christmas. I would highly recommend the Mill St Inn.

Should’ve put a sink on the first floor of the townhouse suites. Also didn’t like that the exit doors make a loud noise when they close most of the people don’t hold the door and it slams.
