El personal merece un 10; la limpieza, no.
Pros:

Lo mejor de este hotel, sin ninguna duda, es la recepcionista (creo que se llama Raquel). Fue extremadamente profesional, amable, resolutiva y siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Tuvimos un percance con nuestra colada y se implicó desde el primer momento para solucionarlo. Personas así marcan la diferencia y merecen un reconocimiento.
En cuanto al hotel, si buscas una opción económica para pasar una noche antes de coger un vuelo, puede ser una alternativa aceptable. La relación calidad-precio es correcta y la ubicación es buena, ya que está cerca de muchos restaurantes y del centro. Eso sí, si te alojas en este hotel recomendaría reservar la habitación de categoría superior. Nosotros nos alojamos en la habitación con cama extragrande y balcón y, para nuestra sorpresa, la cama era increíblemente cómoda.

Cons:

El hotel se ve bastante decadente. La limpieza fue, sin duda, el aspecto más negativo de nuestra estancia: la habitación tenía mucho polvo por todas partes, daba sensación de suciedad y el baño tampoco estaba especialmente limpio. Además, tuvimos un problema con la puerta de la habitación porque no cerraba correctamente y tuvieron que cambiarnos a otra. También echamos en falta algunos detalles básicos, como que proporcionaran al menos una pastilla de jabón. Como punto positivo, el agua de la ducha salía bien caliente y con muy buena presión. Personalmente, no creo que volviera a alojarme debido al estado de limpieza y conservación del hotel. Aun así, la atención de Raquel fue absolutamente excepcional y, sin duda, lo mejor de toda la estancia.

Lovely place
Pros:

A familiar old place in the Heart of Cebu - if you know the way you are just 10min. away to walk to Chonghua Hospital a couple minutes to perpetual sucour hospital in taxi, the century plaza across the street where there are tattoo and earpiercing shops very cool - the Robinsons baseline

Cons:

Shower heads needs some cleaning and maintenance so is the room that had lost a little bit of its charm but still a lovely place

Great location and a welcoming staff! They are super friendly
Pros:

Hotel Capada has a very good location, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and shopping centers just 10 minutes away. The King Room was large, clean, and comfortable, making it ideal for a solo traveler. The area is quiet, and overall the stay felt relaxed and convenient.

Cons:

There are a few small areas that could be improved. The showerhead could be cleaner, as the chalk buildup affects the water flow. The bathroom would also benefit from an air freshener, since there is no ventilation and the humidity and shower smells spread into the living area. Additionally, the room provides only towels and a small bar of hotel soap, so offering a few more basic toiletries would make the stay more comfortable.

Bargain Stay
Pros:

The hotel is a nice one, very central to everything and the staff are very pleasant.
The rooms are very spacious and shower area is very good also. The room was dusty and the TV dirty but apart from that, I can't fault it.

Budget hotel at prime location with AC and cleanliness issues

Location and staff behavior - that's the only good part. View from the room and terrace is amazing.
WIFI is okay.

Cons:

I understand this is a budget hotel, and it may be manageable for one night if someone has strict budget constraints, but I personally would not choose to stay here again.

The biggest issue was the AC. I was given a room on the 4th floor for one night, and the room felt extremely suffocating. There was no fan, and the AC barely worked, which made it very difficult to sleep.

There is also no lift to the 4th floor. To be fair, the staff were always ready to help with luggage, but it is still inconvenient.

Cleanliness was another major concern. I found a cockroach in the washroom, which was the main reason for my low rating.

The room also did not have a refrigerator or even a bottle of water. They do have empty refrigerators on each floor for guest use, but basic in-room amenities were missing.

Overall, the staff were helpful, but the room comfort, cleanliness, and amenities need serious improvement. I would not stay here again.
