Pros:

Very central to the city and easy to move about. The staff were extremely helpful

Cons:

No elevator made being on the top floor a bit inconvenient

Dirty
Pros:

Friendly staff, good location

Cons:

Room was very dirty, cleaners must have been on holidays. Booked and paid for 2 nights but only stayed 1 night, couldn’t bare to stay any longer.. I’d say the room hadn’t been cleaned in over a month.. dust everywhere, it was so dirty it had cobwebs everywhere, even the ashtray on the balcony was dirty… it’s amazing what picture editing can do to make somewhere look nice. Was very disappointed but I suppose you get what you pay for but no excuse for dirt.

Mostly did what I needed would have rather a lift as bad knees but otherwise no issues
Pros:

Nice balcony and friendly staff, some restaurants and 7/11 within a few blocks to walk.

Cons:

No lift access or mini fridge in room

I Liked the hotel because it is conveniently located in the city, with easy access to groceries, restaurants, and many other places where you can eat, have drinks, and relax. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff and management were very approachable and accommodating. I also liked that the building is not too high, which makes me feel safer, especially during earthquakes. Overall, I had a pleasant, comfortable, and convenient stay. (bow)
