One of the dirtiest if not the dirtiest hotel of I ever stayed.i my self worked in hotel industry and I could not believe my eyes the level of dirtyness my room was.forst I was charged 7 percent cuz I paid by credit card..I was so tired and did not wanna argue...and paid.cuz I wanted to go my room and take a shower and sleep.so I went to my room.first the password for wifi...it's so complicated u would think it's nasa or is army secret code.it has everything u need and they wrote so complicated staff needed to come and did it in my room.wprst part starts now .my toilet was yellow cuz they did not flush it.and bathroom was so dirty...they don't provide shampoo or basic kit generally offered in Philippines hotel .I had to ask for soap.and soap was size of bubble gum.the phone to call lobby.i m jot even exaggerating it looked like dipped in mud and take off.tge speaker was so dirty I didn't wanna touch it to my ear.mic was same.and the phone it self had quarter inch of dorty and dust mixed.and worst the bed was dorty and all the shelf (black colour)has enough dust I can write "wash me"like people do dirty cars windshield.i called the front desk lady I said I can't stay here I will cancel it.she agreed and I went down.reber I was mentioned 7 percent extra charge for cc payment...off course they kept and gave me the rest in cash.and I know normally cc companies charge 3 percent so 4 percent they made money in my 3 minutes stay...stay away from this hotel.no recommend at all.

It’s strategically located, good for long term stays. The bed is nice and I love their pillow so much. It’s confortable and the room is spacious.

I stayed only one night, but for the price everything was very good. Most important it was a clean room and had hot shower. You have a mall and many restaurants around.

We stayed in a private room on the 3rd floor. We came late evening which wasn’t a problem. Friendly staff, the have a small minimarket in the reception, so you could buy some drinks and snacks.
7-eleven is a few minutes away.
WiFi worked great!
No fridge in the room, but there was a few located just outside the room (I think you could use them)
Hot showers, and nice balcony
