Pros:

l'albergo è molto bello, il personale accogliente e ci hanno offerto un drink di benvenuto. il centro è molto vicino con i mezzi. c'è una fermata della metro a 10 minuti a piedi. buona anche la colazione.

Cons:

siamo stati sistemati in una camera sotto la mansarda, c'era il ventilatore ma faceva davvero troppo caldo. una delle federe del cuscino aveva delle macchie non di sporco ma probabilmente di sostanze da lavanderia. ma questo non toglie l'ottimo giudizio della struttura.

Angenehmes Ambiente im Raum München

Sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, gute Anbindung mit ÖÑVM zur Münchner Innenstadt und ins Umland von München

Cons:

Zimmertüre war nur mit einfachem Schlüssel zu verschließen, Geräusche vom Gang dringen durch die Zimmertüre, der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken kollidiert mit Ablage und geht nur in einer Stellung.

The best
Pros:

Just finished our second stay at Hotel Obermaier. I don't think I can fully express how much I love this little hotel. We took our kids to Munich back in October of 2025 and we returned as a couple 2 weeks ago. It's very comfortable, very quiet, and the staff are excellent.

The amenities are wonderful: delicious breakfast included, wonderful restaurant on site. There's two grocery stores (Rewe and Edeka) and two drug stores (Müller and Rossman) across the street, at least 5 delicious bakeries within a short walk, 2 or 3 döner kebab shops, and two ice cream places!

It's also a short 10 minute walk from the Trudering S-Bahn and U-Bahn stop, or you can take the local bus to the station. The Schmuckerweg bus stop is just outside the hotel. So getting to downtown Munich for sightseeing is super easy.

The prices are reasonable too and less expensive than the bust, noisy hotels in Munich city. Far more quiet is this hotel in the cozy little town of Trudering.

I'd HIGHLY recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone who wants to visit Munich.

Wir waren zum ersten mal in München im Hotel Obermaier und sind herzlich auch mit einem Willkommensgetränk empfangen worden. Kostenlos parken konnte man super gleich im Hof, welcher auch liebevoll mit Sitzecken angelegt war. Sehr geräumige und saubere Zimmer und die Betten waren bequem. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstück, von allem etwas konnten wir bei Sonnenschein auch draußen genießen. Ein sehr gemütliches und traditionsgemäßes Hotel in top Lage. In ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn, womit man in ca. 15-20 Minuten im Zentrum München ist.

A wonderful base to explore Munich
Pros:

Hotel Obermaier was a great place to base our city break to Munich. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was perfect for us with a teenage daughter. We had a Junior Suite with gallery which meant that our daughter had her own space upstairs in which to chill out when we got back from our day trips. The Bavarian breakfast was fantastic with so much choice and being in the suburbs meant that it was quiet. It took ten mins to walk to Trudering station and then about 20mins on two trains to get into the centre of Munich. Once we had figured out the transport system it was very straightforward (download the MVGO app!). The hotel was spotless and inviting and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Pros:

Ein super Hotel mit ALLEM was man braucht: -freundliches ,aufmerksames Personal
-sehr sauberes Hotel mit prima Parkplatz
-ein Frühstück ,bei dem es an nichts fehlt
-einen Biergarten der zum verweilen einlädt.
-Top Lage zur U- Bahn ,mit der man in 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt ist
(Fahrkarten gibt es an der Rezeption )
