La limpieza de el hotel. Fui con mi familia siempre busco hotel que tengan piscina por mi niña, cuando llegó después de viajar 10 horas la piscina estaba cerrada por remodelación, al igual que el gym, cuando subí a la habitación pedí cambiarla y me dijeron que el hotel estaba lleno y después me di cuenta que no estaba lleno nada si no que las habitaciones la mayoría la estaban reparando o sea me rentaron un hotel que está bajo reparaciones y así y todo pagué por esos 4 días casi $800 dólares una experiencia bien mala. Llegue un viernes y el domingo tuve que bajar a recepción y pedir que me limpiaran la habitación ya los papeles de baño se desbordaban de el cesto y me pidieron disculpas porque ellos estaban escasos de personal pues claro si están reparación es injusto lo que pase allí en ese hotel. Los desayunos el primer día había chocolate en polvo y mi niña se tomó la leche ya al segundo día lo quitaron y jamas volvieron a poner. Una amarga experiencia lástima que tenga tan buena ubicación pero al menos allí no me hospedo más.

Cons:

Room was given away - was not able to arrive Friday. Called to cancel Friday and couldn't cancel so went to check in Saturday and they said I was a no show and gave away my room.
