Unkept, systematically not maintained, series of disappointments

Cons:

No pool/jacuzzi access; it was closed. No attempt to rectify it. That's the only reason to choose this hotel. Ice machine rattles the whole floor; the walls are insulated but the windows aren't and you can hear the neighbor. There is zero (zero!!!) view. It is all walled in and you're looking into an inner courtyard that's awfully depressing. Shower drain was clogged. No window can be opened at all, the ventilator in the bathroom doesn't work, so it's always humid or you keep the room door open to the hallway. No iron, ironing board; Heating doesn't work, and even if it did, the fan is so loud, you couldn't sleep from it. Hasn't been renovated in ~30-40 years. Everything has calcification on, shower head blown open.

Falta de Ética por no avisarnos antes de pagar lo de la marcha, cuando los de recepción sabían.

Que a las 6:30 am que tivimos que salir, había ya cafe de cortesí y estaba rico.

Cons:

Llegamos a la 1:30 am, y hasta despues de hacer el checkin y pagar nos enteramos que al día siguiente había marcha muy conflictiva de mujeres y el hotel está justo en un punto muy conflictivo para esta marcha. Así es que solo pudimos dormir 5 horas y nos tuvimos que salir a las 6:30 am, cambiando todos nuestros planes y la verdad lo pasamos mal. También se ecuchaba todo lo que pasaba en la habitación contigua.

The hotel is in a good location close to the attractions. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was a bit old but good. The room was a bit chilly and there was no heating in the room because of the weather but when we asked, we got more blankets and a heater. 😊 All in all it was good!

A hotel nagyon jó helyen van közel a látványosságokhoz. A személyezet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A szoba kicsit régies berendezésű de rendben van! A szoba kicsit hűvös volt és fűtés nem volt a szobában az időjárás miatt, de kaptunk plusz takarót és egy hősugárzót. 😊 Mindent egybe vetve elégedettek voltunk!

The hotel has a swimming pool and a jacuzzi but unfortunately it was under maintenance while we stayed. It would have been good if we know this information when I booked this hotel because that thing was my booking reason.

A hotelben a medence és a jacuzzi sajnos nem üzemelt karbantartás miatt. Jó lett volna ha erről kapok tájékoztatást foglaláskor mert ez volt az egyik indok amiért ide foglaltam.
