Excellent customer service. Staff friendly and obliging, providing a welcoming, calm atmosphere in the hotel. Exceptionally clean and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast. Prime location for sightseeing, shopping or nightlife.

Perfect hotel for our weekend visit
Pros:

Loved the location of the hotel, it was so close to the lively pubs, and within walking distance to the main shops. Pillows were comfy, and the tea and coffee was always topped up upon request of more. Our kettle was initially not working but house keeping were quick to fix the issue.
