No tea, coffee, nor sugar is available in the kitchen. The trash bin is too small. Second storeys with stairs were not helpful with plenty of luggages we had

I’m not sure they 100% knows who are the customer living in there , the room beside our room have a party at midnight for 2 days , I’m pretty sure the minimum amount is over 2-3 people in that room ! Even though the villa said that cant not have any party here.
The manger said we can swap to another room but the staff told us the room is very close the road will hear the noise from car and they already told to our neighbor don’t make noise at midnight if they did I can send message on booking let the villa knows.
Unfortunately , the second night they still playing the music and talking very loudly , the room don’t have any phone inside so I send the messages and keep awake until morning
The manger reply us they have 24 hours staff in the front , and is me refunded to swap the room and the noise is probably from the other villa.
but how? How can I go outside at midnight and so many strangers have a party there? Why is not your staff or you need to more focus who come in the villa? Why is not your staff or you need to pay attention on that room? And I am pretty sure the noise is beside our room so is in your villa!! Also we trust your staff told to them to keep quiet at midnight already that why we didn’t swap to

Die Tür zum Appartment wenn man diese so nennen darf. Ist wie wenn keine da wäre. Die viel befahrene Strasse nebenan ist sehr gut hörbar. Od auch wenn Nachbaren eine schöne Nacht zusammen haben! Sehr hellhörig! Der Securitas meiner letzen Nacht war echt unverschämt und unangebracht. Sonst, die Restlichen Mitarbeiter waren aber alle TOP!

There were three of us staying and we had an extra bed in the room for our child, which was fine. But there were only two seats for the breakfast bar in the kitchen, which was a bit inconvenient if we all wanted to eat at the same time. The cutlery was also very limited. We ate out most of the time so it wasn't a big deal. On one of the nights some other guests came back at 2am and were playing loud music for a while, which was a bit annoying.

Humidity in the room (clothes were all mist)

The neighbour across the street had gotten up to our Gojek driver for accidentally parking outside her driveway when we were getting collected on the very busy street. Just note that if you are getting a driver, please ensure they are collecting from the front of the accommodation and not across the road. Perhaps sending them a photo and letting them know that they can collect it from outside the accommodation

Only one thing I can think of is the pool area. Only two lounge chairs so if you stay on the top level, you have nowhere to hang around the pool. The pool area also doesn’t seem to get any sunlight.
