They go above and beyond customer service is awesome and Princess is amazing. Very helpful in many ways in seeing that.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent—conveniently situated close to everything we needed, making it easy to get around and explore the area.
The staff were outstanding: friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any requests. Their service really made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and comfortable environment. Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

It's a good place for a short stay; near the airport and bus terminal by grab/taxi.

Prima plek voor kort verblijf, wel heel gehorig.
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Prima kamer, bed, warme douche, goed werkende airco. Ik zou het alleen aanraden voor heel kort verblijf.

Cons:

Je kan de weg best heel goed horen, zeker als er mensen optrekken. Daardoor werd ik gedurende de nacht wel geregeld wakker en zeker ook vroeg in de ochtend. Je kan de buren ook goed horen. Het is heel duidelijk te horen als je buren niezen.
