Wonderful stay
Pros:

Wonderful stay and excellent experience. The beds are very conformable and also loved the shower.
Receptionist Jhun and housekeeper Eds were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to provide exceptionally high level for service.
The restaurant is also lovely.

Lovely hotel and sfaff. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. I can easily recommend this for a family stay. The in-house restaurant was very good too.

Estancia de 1 noche para coger avión en aeropuerto de Clark
Pros:

Habitación amplia y limpia. Mobiliario moderno. No se escucha ruido a pesar de estar en una calle concurrida. Hay bastantes bares alrededor y un centro comercial a 10 min en grab. El aeropuerto está a 20 min en grab. Valorar positivamente la predisposición a cambiarnos de habitación por un problema con el colchón. Nos reubicaron rápidamente y con las mismas condiciones. Desayuno incluido bastante básico; solo había 2 opciones nada saludables y escasas.

El wifi iba bastante mal.

Impossible to sleep and rest
Pros:

Upon first look we were satisfied, room exactly as on the pictures, clean, breakfast was a la carte but reasonable

Cons:

It seems like there is no solid wall in the hotel. You hear every cough not just from next room, but from all rooms on the floor. Even the window is into courtyard it felt like we slept on a street, every passing motorbike or car felt like meters away.
Then another fiasco - bathroom is in glass enclosure with sensor activated bright light. When you go to bathroom the light turns on and your partner immediately wakes up....who came up with that bright idea?
