Apple maps GPS will take you to the wrong location!! And you cant call reception direct. no pre-warn
Pros:

Once i found the location, GPS takes you to the wrong spot and no one tells you ahead of time that apple maps will do that. Staff were amazing. Truly went above and beyond.

Cons:

That there was no pre-warning that GPS will take you to the wrong side of the building. And staff talk to you, like as if you know the area. The entry way is some side ally way driveway, that cant be seen unless your told about it, between/beside the night market. And 60 Abbott street doesn't exist. it shows up at 54-60 Abbott street on Apple Maps. I cant be the first person this has happened too and you dont speak to reception... i spoke to someone on the Gold Coast - who had no idea - and had to illegally park - with ticket inspectors walking around me (but could clearly tell i was a bit distressed looking for my hotel, hazards on and on the phone). Took a good 20mins to finally have reception answer and go direct talking to them to find the entry.

Great holiday, will stay again.
Pros:

Location was fantastic, facilities were good, room was neat.

Cons:

Sofabed was broken and very uncomfortable, we ended up packing it up and our teenager slept on the made up couch. Limited kitchen bench space.
