Great location.
Pros:

Great location in Cairns. Access direct to Esplanade with many bars and restaurants close by. Harbour also 10-15 min walk too.

Good sized apartment with view towards harbour.

Cons:

The Booking.com facility list includes dishwasher and tumble dryer. These items are not included with this property, nor dish clothes/washing liquid, which would be useful for a holiday let.

Floor could do with better cleaning as got dirty socks/feet if not wearing shoes.

Pros:

どこに行くにも近く、立地がサイコーでした。
エキストラベッドが配置してあり、全員ゆっくり休めました。乾燥機がなくても洗濯物は乾くので問題なかったです。

Our stay was pleasant enough but some activities we would have done were affected by the bad storm damage on the coast.
Pros:

I liked the unit and facilities. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

When we booked it said free on site parking which was a very important feature for us but after we had made our non refundable booking it was stated that there were some free parking spaces for the complex but not very many. We were able to get a park on arrival but if you moved your car chances were you would not get a park when you came back. In those circumstances you had to source and pay for other parking wherever you could find it. Knowing this beforehand would have stopped us from booking.

Great apartment in a fantastic location
Pros:

Great size. Bedroom located at the back of the apartment which meant it was both quiet and dark. Kitchenette well appointed with crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. Brilliant location, right in the centre of the Esplanade and near everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Found the clear shower enclosure which had a view of the living room unnerving. Luckily wad with hubby, otherwise may have bedn awkward. Pulled the shower curtain round and left it that way for more privacy.

Rooms are old and furniture chipped etc ….. lounge felt empty and sparse …. Bed was not made properly … bottom sheet did not fit … literally did not cover the mattress ! One of the towels in the bathroom was damp ! Not sure if it was last guests or not dried properly in laundry
