I was really surprised at how great the rooms in this hotel were.
Pros:

The room was fabulous, spacious and comfortable with a fantastic rain shower. The location was great, very central to restaurants and street art. I really liked the place.

Cons:

They did not have food. The small breakfast place was closed. They did recommend a great diner down the street but you cannot get breakfast there.

Cons:

I don’t care for sliding barn doors on a bathroom. I don’t think they’re elegant and I don’t think they provide the privacy one expects for a bathroom

Nice hotel but needs better bathroom utilities
Pros:

It was clean and decorated nicely. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

There was no water pressure on the 4th floor bathroom sink and a different shower head with pressure would have been better.

Cute and charming; needs updates and friendlier service
Pros:

Location is great. Cute boutique charm. Could use some updates - it’s gotten a bit tired and outdated from even a few years ago.

Cons:

There’s a woman at the front desk in the evenings during the week who is not very pleasant - I’ve encountered her twice and she doesn’t smile, isn’t friendly, and doesn’t appear to like her job. Also, both time (when she’s been working) the fire alarm went off for a few seconds. Once it was in the morning and woke me up. What’s going on with the alarm? The morning one felt intentional like “everybody get out”.

Great stay
Pros:

The beds are comfortable as well as pillows and appetizers in lounge are great especially the artichoke dip and the flank steak was done to perfection

Great location, lovely hotel, great staff.
Pros:

Historic buildings with beautiful upscale interior. Every aspect of the hotel is thoughtfully designed and provides a perfect stay. The Treasury bar which you enter through the vault is unique and elegant.

Pros:

The atmosphere, room, lobby, coffee, location, and staff - all great!
The hotel was quiet and clean. We love the vintage vibe and decor.
The bed was very comfortable and the pillows weren't super flat!

Cons:

The parking lot is a little tight getting out. The bathroom had a dish holding a couple towels, and it was dusty with some hair there.
The bathrobes were a bit small.
Paying for parking seems like something that should be complimentary with the purchase of a room.

Absolutely Perfect Thank You
Pros:

I absolutely love this hotel I stay here every time I stay in Sioux Falls. Great staff, beautiful rooms, beds are very comfortable. The bar and restaurant are an added bonus very COOL atmosphere.
