Comfort Suites Georgetown

The entire staff at this location should be commended for their outstanding customer service. My business partner and I had multiple stays at this location and were quite satisfied each stay. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and well stocked each day. The beds were ultra comfortable and the rates were conducive to a business travelers needs. The hotel is situated near many eateries. I spend a 100 nights a year in a hotel and will definitely add this property to my travel model.

Everything was clean and neat. Staff was friendly, helpful and very attentive. Breakfast was very good and there was always someone who frequently checked if food or coffee was running low and refilled as needed. This is our second stay here and we will definitely be back next year.

Traveling home from vacation and only stayed about 5 hours to sleep. Got up early to hit the road so we didn't get to have the breakfast. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Reserved Mobility Accessible King, but only MA Double was available at checking. Also a shower chair would have been good to have.

My husband, children, and grandchildren traveled to KY from Alabama to visit the Ark Adventure. We booked the Comfort Inn in Georgetown, KY through the Choice Hotels app. The 3 rooms we booked were clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. They allowed my son a late checkout after he fell ill on the trip. That was greatly appreciated given that they needed extra time to seek medical care.

We met with family members for an extended weekend after Christmas. The management were polite and went out of their way to accommodate our group of 16. The rooms were very clean and the eating area was large and had a very nice breakfast. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable too. Honestly, we really didn't hear any noise other than our group! The price was very reasonable and we all agreed when we come back that this is were we will stay. Thank you!

Our handicapped room was wonderful. Walk in shower as requested. There for 3 nights. 2nd night couple with dog put in room next door. LOUD BARKING KNOCKING THINGS AGAINST WALL. We had to complain at desk, they said they would call. It did finally calm down. I was told we could be moved but that is VERY UNFAIR as I was in a very comfortable handicapped room as I have leg and back problems. They were the problem, they should have been moved not us. Luckily they only stayed one night and we did enjoy our stay with the exception of the couples care of the dog.

Clean and quiet. Convenient. Good breakfast too! This location has several good restaurants nearby. Close to I75 but far enough that you don’t get too much noise.

One of the best Comfort Suites we've stayed. Facilities were excellent and staff was superb! Nicest guest services personnel.

Traveling down I-75, and we needed a place to stop. Our king size room was just perfect. Clean and inviting. It was a big room with a big bath, and a very comfortable bed. For the price, we could not have asked for a nicer room. At the time of the writing of this review, I would highly recommend this location for an overnight stop. It's clean and comfortable. Hubby has gotten a cold during the day, and our room felt like an oasis along the roadway, a place to rest and relax.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was very quiet so we slept well all night. (We were on the second floor)

Breakfast, was okay, nothing to brag about, nothing to complain about. Just the usual hotel options, without anything extra. The dining room and service areas were very neat and clean.

This hotel is the best! Very clean. Nice rooms. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. I was in town for Scarefest and this hotel was about 20 minutes away from the venue. The breakfast was nice with a lot of options. It’s in a nice area. My only issues were the shower head was way too powerful and there was no way to adjust it, also my bathroom had no towel rack for the face towels. I will definitely stay here again if I return for Scarefest next year.

Very clean hotel with pleasant staff. I would have given 5 stars but we did not like the pillows. They hurt our necks and had a headache from them but that is the only thing negative. Breakfast was very good. Love the heated floors in the bathroom area. That should be included in the description of the rooms.
