Customer service after the stay from invoice changes was horrible
Pros:

Service there was acceptable while I stayed there but the invoice was incorrect. I was told to not worry, that manager would take care of the changes. This was from their own administrative mistakes in the invoice being incorrect. Sent emails and tried to leave voicemails but that was full every time I called. I tried call many times but every time they transferred me to the manager never responded.

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. Everything fresh and wonderful presentation with lots of choices

A little complicated to get to. Pool wasn’t clean. Room was good for our purposes

The two young men at the front desk were awesome. They are AAMU students who are well groomed, articulate, professional, and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable as always. The location offers many good options for shopping, entertainment, and dining.
