Quite disappointed
Pros:

The hotel staff was great when we explained that we would be leaving because of the cleanliness of the hotel.

Cons:

There were several issues we had during the very short time we were there. We were traveling from Northern New England. A family member dropped off a goody bag with all sorts of snacks and asked the hotel staff to leave it behind the counter for us upon our arrival. When my family arrived, we inquired about the bag. We were given a bag that had three small items in it. It appears that someone went through the bag and took a majority of them items for themselves.

Walking through the hotel, it was quite filthy. It smelled of cigarette and marijuana throughout the hallways. When we went into our room, there was lipstick smeared on the bathroom counter. The counters were sticky; the chairs at the counter were covered in some sort of white substance. We pulled out the pull out sofa to see a brown smears all over the mattress. We also found black hairs on the bed which did not belong to any of us as we do not have black hair. After this, we decided to go downstairs stating that we did not feel comfortable with the conditions and would be leaving. The gentleman working was very understanding stating that he would give me a refund which was promptly returned.

Unfortunately, based on this, I would not make a recommendation that others stay here. The hotel needs some serious deep cleaning.

Rough low end Experiance

We were told we would check in at 3pm. It was also advertised as such. We had to get ready in our car in the parking lot for a wedding. We were not able to check in until 4:25pm. Our uber was already there to take us to the wedding. We barely had tome yo toss our belongings into the room and run to the uber. Almost missed the ceremony. We arrived 3 mins of and jogged past the bride and officiant. We tried to get ready in the hotels lobby bathroom but there were no outlets and the lighting was poor. I couldn’t even do my hair. The room was shabby and run down. The kitchen didn’t even have one plate or utensil. All cupboards and drawers were empty. At 9:30pm or 10:00pm someone was setting fireworks off outside our room. This was one of the worst hotels stays I’ve ever had.

Bad and good.
Pros:

Good location, great space.

Cons:

Poor service. The reception desk shut down. I had never seen that. No one to talk to.
The rooms had no cups, no personal care supplies, no cups, no utensils or cuttleries. It was amazingly bad!
