The location, rooms, the breakfast, and above all the staff behavior. At the reception Tamara did great job. Always one step ahead in giving suggestion, guiding and all sorts of assistance with her smile. On our last day Sophia also helped us a lot in booking taxi and relevant suggestion.
Only one thig is the location. Though the location is an advantage, at the same time too noisy because it is located in one of the main passageway. Cars plying till late at night with lots of noise.
The location is superb, the city is magnificent, the people are hospitable, I will definitely come back

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything about this hotel is great: perfect location, just across the bridge from the centre, fantastic views from the balcony (book the higher floors); everything you need is in the room: slippers, robe, water, kettle, fridge… Very clean, and cleaned every day. Decent breakfast and a very decent coffee, which is rare for the hotel. Staff is great too, so we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
Be mindful that hotel doesn’t have dedicated parking, but we found free parking on the nearby street, so wasn’t a problem. Also balconies are not separated with the walk, so if your neighbours smoke, you will suffer
