An amazing and relaxing stay
Pros:

Excellent facilities and service. The staff was very attentive and kind and we were treated gracefully.

Good location but hotel standard disappointing.
Pros:

Good location and close to the station.

Cons:

The hotel needed an upgrade, communal areas were very ‘tired’ (dirty carpets). Our room had a stained carpet which was very disappointing. Sofa looked very old (not in a good condition). The photos shown on booking.com weren’t a true reflection.

Food was very nice prepared in the dining room.

Relaxing and peaceful.
Pros:

Close to the train and bus station. The bath, private Onsen and massage chair were bliss after a long day of exploring. The staff were amazing. The self service bar was fantastic.

The meals supplied were predominantly fish with no other options.

Relaxing onsen stay
Pros:

An amazing first onsen experience. Loved the calm atmosphere. Dinner was amazing, our room was lovely and the onsen was so relaxing! I know all the “free” things are prob built into the cost but the icecreams, drinks, ramen (which we were too full to try) were all lovely touches that made it feel quite decadent. Staff were friendly and helpful!

Great Hakone hotel and spa experience
Pros:

Nice rooms and amenities. Take advantage of the bar drinks on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was a feast but expect a very Japanese savoury meal service. Liked the hotel more than Hakone which is too commercialized for our taste.

Cons:

Wished the ramen was served earlier.

三樓的飲料吧台24小時開放。
床也很好睡，超讚。
陽台有浴缸可以泡溫泉，一邊露天泡湯，一邊看溪流風景。
會害羞地可以泡足湯。

Very pleasant and restful
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the balcony bath is such a lovely extra feature which makes your stay feel special.

Cons:

The location for us was good because we booked the hotel in between cities and wanted to rest and not travel around Hakone excessively. However, a lot of the main attractions in Hakone such as the Hakone loop is a good 40 mins away just to begin it. So if you want a more relaxed holiday this hotel is perfect, but if you want more excursions then maybe another hotel is better suited.

Traditional Japanese ryokan enjoy the mountains food and drinks while relaxing and winding down

Traditional dinner was a real treat well worth it ,breakfast is not your standard western breaky but you go knowing that ,hot tub on your belcony the best also free yes free soft drinks beer and spirits a short walk to town and the train

Molto apprezzati i molteplici servizi a disposizione, in particolare la possibilità di bevande gratuite 24 ore su 24 e i noodles serali gratuiti. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, sia quello alla reception, sia lo staff del ristorante. Cena kaiseki davvero squisita; la colazione asiatica è molto abbondante ed è un’esperienza interessante.
