Un havre de paix et de détente
Pros:

Un personnel très agréable et accueillant. Les chambres sont magnifiques et bien équipées. Des boissons à volonté. Les Osens sont très bien egalement. Nous avons profité du menu du soir. Le personnel du restaurant est super et nous explique les différents plats. Le petit déjeuner traditionnel ne nous a pas convenu car pas habitué mais était copieux.

Ein absolut tolles Hotel, das bei uns Eindruck gemacht hat. Extrem freundliches Personal im Restaurant und man wird wirklich sehr gut behandelt. Viele nette Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt verschönern. Kostenlose Heißgetränke im Erdgeschoss, kostenlose Getränke vom Automaten in Bechergröße, zwei private Onsen zur kostenlosen Nutzung, kostenloses Eis, kostenloses getrenntgeschlechtliches Onsen, Schokolade und Augenmasken als Goodie nach dem Abendessen. Das Abendessen (Kaiseki) richtig toll und ausgefallen. Das Frühstück war sicherlich auch richtig toll, war aber leider nicht unseres. Zu viel und wir sind für Fisch morgens einfach nicht gemacht. Zum Abendessen waren auch ausgewählte Getränke für 70 Minuten kostenlos. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einem HotTub - richtig toll und groß genug für zwei. Hotel etwas abgelegen, es gibt aber einen Shuttle-Bus (kostenpflichtig), falls man nicht laufen will, dafür wunderbar ruhig, direkt am Fluss.

Cons:

Ich esse kein Schwein, kein Rind, ...nur Geflügel und Fisch. Leider es war es nicht möglich, dass diese Fleischsorten einfach weggelassen wurden. Ich habe dann ein anderes Menü erhalten, das "low-allergen-menu" genannt wurde und teilweise etwas speziell war.

Great hotel to relax in after a long day on the Hakone Loop
Pros:

Room was a great size. We were on 3rd floor where they had a complimentary drinks corner, well worth staying in for after a long day on the Hakone Loop. Hot spring bath on the balcony was great too. Midnight ramen snack was a lovely added touch also.

Cons:

Hot Spring Balcony Bath was great but got bitten a lot by insects - be prepared.

Very very nice
Pros:

Was a really nice hotel - private baths were really good and the full drinks station outside our room was a lovely touch. Staff were excellent.

Cons:

The traditional meals were works of art and the service was impeccable but I think were wasted on us (non Japanese) as we didn’t give it the due appreciation and we felt guilty leaving the Japanese delicacies

館内の雰囲気も印象的で、特に5階は部屋の中だけでなく廊下など館内全体に桜をモチーフとしたデザインが取り入れられており、優しいピンクで統一された空間がとても心地よく、統一感のある素敵な雰囲気でした。

食事はボリュームがあるだけでなく、盛り付けや彩りが美しく、目でも楽しめる内容で満足度が高かったです。また、ドリンクやお菓子など自由にいただけるサービスが多く、滞在中に気軽に利用できる点も嬉しく感じました。

さらに、タオルなどを入れて持ち運べるバッグが用意されており、大浴場へ行く際に必要なものをまとめて持っていける点も便利で、お客様目線の配慮が感じられました。

月の宿 紗らで気になった点としては、まずアメニティについてです。アメニティは自分で選べるスタイルでしたが、メイク落としが置かれていなかったため少し戸惑いました。結果的に大浴場に用意されていたので問題なく利用できましたが、その説明がフロントであるとより親切だと感じました。

また、朝食の時間が3つの時間帯から選ぶ形式でしたが、希望しやすい時間帯は早い者勝ちのような印象があり、実際に不満を感じているお客様の声も耳にしました。もう少し分かりやすい案内や調整があると安心して選べると感じました。

食事会場では、スタッフの方が会話に夢中になっている場面があり、「ごちそうさまでした」と声をかけた際に応答がなかったのが少し残念でした。

そのほかにも、大浴場にどのようなアメニティがあるのかや、部屋着のまま食事会場に行ってよいのかなど、館内利用に関する案内がもう少しあると、初めて宿泊するお客様にとってより安心して過ごせるのではないかと感じました。

Cons:

We had the Kaiseki dinner and there was a lot that we didn’t like. Sorry, chef, I’m sure your Japanese guests can appreciate it. Same goes for breakfast, there was no option to get something else.
