Cons:

When I come for registration, the office is closed. Have to wait for 30 min. Aircond tak sejuk. Floor x mop. Semua tapak kaki hitam. No towel provided. Bilik x well maintain contoh wallpaper tercabut, bilik x complete paint.

After payments, staff call inform yang tv rosak dan sink rosak.. Sebab dah malam, jadinya mmg terpakse la ambil dan tidur di bilik uang kami book.. Bilik no 8.. Sampai je bilik, sumpah terkejut.. Mcm hotel rm50 je.. Selimut koyak, bilik berhabuk.. Remote aircond takde, remote tv takde.. Tuala dan kemudahan shampoo semua takde.. Bila baring dekat tilam, bau hapak teruk. Redho je la.. Sebab last minit kan.. Cumanya tak suggest la tempat ni. Sangat tak selesa ya...

Cons:

when arrived the hotel, the hotel reception was telling me that, they was full, dont have family room avaiable for us to stay, and ask us either cancel booking or change hotel.

i was upset and disappoint of this, if hotel was full, why never inform early by the bookiing app, why need when arrived hotel lobby tell inform ?

we was spent another 30 minutes driving to the new Hotel, if for backpackers ? need to waste another cost and time for transport to the another option of hotel.
