WHAT BREAKFAST ? ? ? LOOKED ON EASTER MONDAY AT 8AM AND DOOR LOCKED FROM ROOMS PASSAGE WAY TO FRONT BAR / BREAKFAST ROOM AT FRONT OF HOTEL _ NO MENTION OF BREAKFAST ON 2 EMBOSSED SHEETS OF INFO IN MY ROOM ! !
EXCELLENT ( SOMEONE CAME IN FROM SIDE / AFTER HOURS ENTRANCE AND WEN UPSAIRS AND WERE SQEAKING A FEW FLOOR BOARDS ABOVE ROOM 4 UPSTAIRS AT ABOUT 3AM ( I SHOULD HAVE BEEN WELL ASLEEP BY THEN ANYWAY ! ! ) SO A MINOR HARDLY WORTH MENTIONING OCCURANCE !
Perfect stay as always for the price you pay! if get in there quick as I do think £138 is a little steep so as said always best to book early and get it for £81! That's a price I can't and shan't complain about....

Blinds didn't fully close
Location was perfect, as we were attending an event at the Emporium.
Myself and other guests arrived slightly earlier than our checkin time, we had to wait outside until 2pm on the dot, no where offered to wait, would of thought the bar area might of been open for the use of customers. Also the room was very hot and the window was locked.
Decent location
Overpriced as there wasn’t the menu on offer which was indicated in the pictures of the hotel. This was one of the reasons I chose it.
Easy parking and good access to and from the car park. You didn't have to go through the bar.

Second time we have stayed but was a lot dirtier shelf’s broken fixtures broken and stains to bed and floor. No tea spoon.

Milk in room was out of date
The member of staff looking after the hotel that night was very professional and friendly. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable.
The milk at the tea station had gone out of date and had lumps after pouring. The fire alarm kept going off in the morning, I believe this was due to people using the fire door to exit incorrectly.
