Room was a great size and perfect location in malvern.
We arrived for check in and the staff just shrugged their shoulders and said their system was down so they couldn’t check us in. Some better service, maybe encouraging us to sit and have a drink or anything could’ve been better than just a shrug. Later we stopped by the desk to ask for 2 more towels (only 3 were provided for us despite having 6 people in our suite) and they said they had just put the towels in the dryer so they didn’t have any left. Strange for being a big hotel that they didn’t have 2 towels? They never brought them to us after wards. The room wifi also never worked for us and there was a dirty stain in the bedsheets. (Altho it did look like it had been washed).

I relocate domestic assault victims belongings ni a uhaul across the county. I have stayed in over 300 Hilton products while doing this. On 5 occasions I have had to cancel past the cancelation deadline and the hotel gladly accommodate
I had a crash in the uhaul and called to cancel the room

I was able to.get another uhaul and arrived at the hotel much later
My first room was dirty and had had hair visible on the bathroom floor. Second room was ok but AC does not go below 68
This hotel is a joke
I asked for a room by the elevator and I was given that.
The lights in the kitchen/living room did not readily work. Phone line to the front desk was ALWAYS BUSY, like it was purposely off the hook!! Breakfast hot foods were absolutely awful.

La chambre n’est absolument pas appropriée pour 5 personnes! Le sofa bed pas installé, plus de gel douche, machine à café cassée, petite dej ultra basic pour ne pas dire scandaleux… nous avons du demander un matelas gonflable… impossible d’obtenir un upgrade ou quelconque solution à tous nos soucis…

Refrigerator had leftover food still in it, that I reported and gave to management on duty.
I didn't realize that the location had two bedroom suites, was prefect for me and my adult son.
Price was high but it was during the PGA tournament so I understand.
The room was great. My kids looked tge shower.

The staff were super friendly & accommodating, rooms are spacious, location & local dining are excellent. We were within range of several Wawas, Target, & Wegmans. I'm sure there are plenty of other options around but we didn't explore too much.
There were some ants in our room (not a lot), but when we asked for a room refresh the housekeeping staff did not vacuum which may be what is encouraging the ants to come in. Also, the indoor pool is nice, but requires passing through a small walkway outside, which can be chilly when needing to open the door with the key card coming back to the room from the pool.

The grill wasn’t working we had to wait for two families to finished and was unable to use the grill. The chlorine was so strong in the pool we had to leave eyes was burning for about a hour after.
