Horrible. They called the cops on me because they lied about their facilities functions.
Pros:

yall told me the pool was open when I called. And the pool was closed for months. Also the pullout bed and I’m sweet. Did not pull out in the living room.

Great smell, atmosphere and staff
Pros:

The man working the front desk at night when I checked in was amazing. He was just the nicest. He helped me get milk for my toddlers bottle at night when they didn’t have any stocked. The hallways and room smelled so good. The property and the hotel is so pretty. Even the elevator is decorated. It really was like a home away from home. The room was huge, even the bathroom. Parking was a breeze. The breakfast was yummy and the staff working it is sweet, too.

Great experience
Pros:

This hotel has everything I was looking for. Clean room, breakfast and laundry. The staff are friendly and helpful. They take care of you housekeeping checks on you daily to see if you need anything. I've enjoyed my stay.

Pros:

Customer service was excellent and I love having a kitchenette in the room.

Cons:

They have new washers and dryers and you can have a small load of clothes in the dryer for an hour and they will still come out damp
