There was trash in the trash bin. I found things in the floor. It wasn’t cleaned. The hand soap was empty. No trash liners or extras in the room.

Great hotel! Would highly recommend!
Pros:

We really liked that the pool was warm. So many hotels say "heated indoor pool", but the pools are cold. The pool here was fantastic.
Everything at the hotel was very clean.
Also, the man working at the front desk when we arrived ( on 9-6-26) was super nice and helpful. I had my son and his friend with me (they are both 12) and he was joking around with them, and just very friendly.
We had a nice breakfast with a good variety of food. The lady who did the breakfast was also very nice. She was actually going around to tables asking how everything was! Never had that happen at a hotel before.
Overall we really liked this hotel, the staff, and the location. Great job guys!
