Easy to navigate and very clean
Everything was automated not very many face to face encounters. Felt like a lack of personal service and it was hard to get information about restaurants.
The view was lovely
The noise from the pool could be heard clearly in the room.
The built in seating in the room was facing the wrong way therefore we couldn't see the view I paid for.
There was broken screens in the lifts, lights flickering in our room.
Lastly and most importantly, it took forever to check in, the cue was a mile long and for reception/lobby is third-rate. It was uncomfortable and like been in a catle run
Location, facilities and value for money.
I booked 2 x 2 bedroom city view apartments for a large group of us that were attending a wedding near by. Unfortunately upon arrival one of the rooms smelt of cigarettes and there were 3 cans left in the balcony. We immediately opened all the doors and windows (including the one to the apartment) to air the room and contacted reception who bought up room spray. We the left to attend a function and after returning 6 hours later the smell was just as strong as when we arrived. Reception was called again and room spray was again bought up. This was extremely disappointing especially as there were 2 pregnant women in the group so sleeping in an environment that smelt of cigarettes was a risk to themselves and their unborn babies.
I feel that another room should have at least been offered, however no alternative option or compensation was provided.
So what couldn’t have been a ‘perfect’ girls night out was spoilt by a room that was not up to the hotels standard.

Room was spacious comfortable & functional
Buffet breakfast was below average, set up like a shopping centre food court . Utensils dirty , tables dirty , food below average.
Location was central to everything we were in Sydney for! We were in Sydney to see My Fair Lady at the Opera house
More cafes selling not just chicken. The Cafe in the middle was our favourite especially breakfast 😋 No cocktail bar after dinner that didn't have the noise of the casino.....
Harvest buffet
No toothbrush or toothpaste, yet there was shampoo and conditioner.
No extra blanket, so room either had to be hot or cold.
No snack foods to buy in room
Unable to store drinks due to how drink lay our is made
