A lovely hotel in an excellent location but attention is required to reduce long waits at reception at peak times.

Very comfortable and convenient location with good access to public transport and parking
Pros:

Location was very convenient for our needs this time. Spacious rooms in a relaxing atmosphere. Many options for meals. One very helpful staff member on reception sorted a minor issue expediently.

Cons:

Surprisingly long and tedious check-in and checkout procedures. Online checkout was easy but still needed to wait in line to validate parking ticket. This is a small matter which should be easily remedied

Fun, comfortable and worth it.
Pros:

The Star Suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the bathroom was large and beautiful and the surprise second toilet was a bonus. The view was also fantastic and beautiful at night.

Cons:

Nothing. It was overall great and fun.

Great location.

Cons:

Check in took 35 minutes.
Room dirty, slim running down one of the wall when we checked in. Had to get cleaned straight away.
Had a balcony but no light.
The place is very unclean, the rug in the lounge room filthy with stains.
Barley any emenities, 2 glasses and mugs and plates and 2 of cutlery.
Dust over everything, the main light above the kitchen didn't look like it had ever been cleaned.
Dust on the couch head and the sides.
Furniture well and truly beaten up, stained and not comfortable. Coffee table stained and dirty.
Electronic blind in bedroom worked some times and had tap on it as repairs. No block out blind in the living room.
No miny bar. 2 small bottles of water and 2 milks.
Room service beyond poor, minum spend 50 dollars. App didn't work half the time. Couldn't call reception, could only call one number.
Air-conditioning would just randomly start during the night. We had it off.
Have stayed in all star accomadation in all suites. This is by far the worst we have every experienced.
To top it off cockroches when going to level 5 pool area in the hall way.
