Enjoyed the room and being close to the casino.
Pros:

We provided our own breakfasts. We had dinner at the Casino on three nights. Apartment was great.

Cons:

I thought there would have been a laundry in the room.

Our stays are alway pleasurable due to the staff.
Pros:

The room had no coffee or tea facilities. My husband enjoy a sit down and a beverage after we travelled to the city. Please don’t stop supplying bottled water.

Cons:

I’m old fashion and still remember small packets of biscuits to enjoy with a beverage. I feel with the quality of the The Star it was a mistake to remove this small gester for guest.

Pros:

Hotel room was nice. Be good to be a bit higher than level 10 for the view. Just a suggestion.

Cons:

Should have stayed an extra night. Expensive though but I liked the hotel.

Not what I expected
Cons:

The electricity went out while we were out exploring, and once we got back room was freezing. We notified them and than waited for more than an hour for them to come and fix.
