Pros:

We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom which was awesome, although we did book a private bath/pool with a view this one didn't have that.

The view is amazing

Happy with the overall experience
Pros:

Location. Staff were always friendly and happy to help with any Enquiries or help needed. Room service at any time of the day to match busy schedules. Room seems like it was sound proofed quite well and loved the electric black out blinds. More room needed in the room fridge and simple supplies like coffee and sugar could be more plentiful but very happy with the room and hotel overall.

Cons:

From the country so took a bit to understand the etiquette for the casino in ways of how to use some of the facilities. Bins in the bathrooms of the rooms need lids. Expensive but got a free upgrade so made it feel worthwhile for the money paid.

Great Location and Facilities
Pros:

The room was very modern and gym facilities were great and being at the casino. Coles close by and the city center was a walk away that was a bonus also.

Cons:

Bed was to soft - and I asked the receptionist if it was possible for a room with a view because this is our first time to Sydney, Australia, and we got the room with no view. Receptionist was grumpy and it felt like she didn't want to be at work and was rushing us to check in.

We had a wonderful stay and would have loved to stay longer if we could.

The room was lovely and spacious. It was clean and the bed was so comfortable - probably the best I’ve ever slept.

Amazing above and beyond definitely more than their five Star rating
Pros:

From the start the staff where polite and courteous attended to straight away
This stay was a surprise visit for my wife’s birthday
Candi who checked us in was absolutely amazing and upgraded our room for an extra special experience . We always stay at the star when in Sydney and never been disappointed . The staff the room the various restaurants coffee shops everything above and beyond
I recommend to everyone to experience the Stars hospitality.

We did enjoy our stay and found easy to get around Sydney

It would have been nice to have a tea towel to clean the dishes as we stayed 5 nights, I thought I had booked apartment with a washing machine.
