Large spacious suite with beautiful harbour and city views

Service, cleanliness, the way the staff ensured our children were also comfortable, everything was outstanding. David from Concierge provided exceptional service.

It was a nice place to stay , excellent views and very nice staff
Pros:

Property was very nice and good access to everything we needed

Cons:

The bed wasn’t cleaned properly the fitted sheet hadn’t been changed and was hair on it we slept on the flat sheet

The Air Conditioning was not working in my suite since it was my birthday they upgraded me to the Royal Suite

Loved to room size, location, amenities, and pool, spa and sauna facilities

Cons:

It was hard to find where to go when we first arrived to get to our room, the check in staff were nice, but a bit casual with instructions, which led to confusion & us getting lost for a bit. This was remedied by the lovely concierge, who was delightful & helpful.
