Location is good and had parking.

Cons:

The wifi never worked for us. We had to go to the town restaurants to get any wifi. They are missing basic amenities like hair dryer, bathroom floor mat, table lamps, and space to put clothes. The staff seems unorganized and lost our key when we gave it to them to hold the first night. They eventually found it but never gave them the key again.

Pros:

No shampoo, no heater (it's very cold in the morning), you even need to ask for a bottle of water, which most hotels in Mexico already have in the rooms. Towels are rough. The bathroom is so small, I wonder how a large person could fit on the toilet.

The room light at the room did not work. They tried to replace the bulb, but that did not work. There was only ONE electrical outlet in the bathroom to charge devices.

El hotel super limpio y agradable, las personas q te atienden super atentas, el estacuonamiento esta a un costado del hotel, solo 2 detalles 1.una mañana el agua no salia caliente, 2. Nunca pude conectarme al wifi, fuera de eso cada que venga a Pátzcuaro me hospedare aqui, buen $ y buen servicio
