Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut

Cons:

Seehhr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Ausstattung noch original aus den 70ern. Roch muffig im Zimmer und von der Wand hing die Tapete an mehreren Stellen ab.

Enttäuscht von Sauberkeit, Personal und Einrichtung
Pros:

das Hotel liegt im Zentrum, in der Nähe gibt es nette Cafés, der Colos-Saal mit tollen Konzerten ist nur ca. 300 m entfernt. Man kann auch den Bahnhof und das Schloss bequem zu Fuß erreichen.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist in die Jahre gekommen und hat diverse kleine Defekte. Die Nachtischlampen und eine Tischlampe funktionierten nicht. Das Deckenlicht war funzelig. Der Mann an der Rezeption sprach nur gebrochen und schwer verständlich Deutsch und war etwas mürrisch. Das Restaurant im Hotel macht nur noch Frühstück, aber es gibt viele Alternativen in der Nähe. Mein Zimmer war nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Im Bad stand eine leere Sprudelflasche auf der Ablage, auf dem Boden fand sich diverser Dreck, Bettfedern und Staub. Die Toilette war sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Nach einer Aufforderung nachzureinigen, hatte sich fast nichts verändert. Das Reinigungspersonal scheint nicht zu funktionieren. Die Bettwäsche war extrem billige Baumwolle und das Laken war zu klein für das Doppelbett. Man hat stattdessen zwei kleine Laken benutzt! Auch das wurde nach Aufforderung nicht geändert. Das Zimmer war für zwei Personen gebucht. Alles in allem eine ziemliche Enttäuschung und für den Preis und die Jahreszeit nicht ausreichend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wirkte wie in einer Jugendherberge in den 70ern. Dafür war der zu zahlende Preis nicht angemessen. das Frühstück hatte niemals den Wert von 18 Euro.

Comfortable stay in great location!
Pros:

Great location! Friendly staff! Spacious room with hardfloor (no carpet), very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Room and bathroom could do with a little attention.
Would be nice having a water kettle in the room (tea and coffee is available in the lobby).
