Ze doen hun best maar het kan op hygiënisch gebied beter.
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeeel, behulpzaam.
Locatie, midden in het centrum, is geweldig!
Goede TV met heel veel zenders, goed beeld.
Geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt
Bedden prima.

Cons:

Het hotel en de kamers zijn echt heel oud!
Kamer heel klein en ontzettend warm; er was wel een ventilator aanwezig.
Schimmel in de koelkast.
Douchedeur die niet afsluit waardoor alles nat wordt.
Er staat dat je op de kamer een waterkoker hebt, maar dat is niet zo. Er staat één waterkoker in de lobby die je mag bebruiken.

Grosses difficultés à passer une nuit correcte.
Pros:

Le personnel a été parfait, que ce soit, à la réception, pour le petit déjeuner, pour le ménage des chambres.
L'établissement très bien tenu et très propre.
Le petit déjeuner très copieux et très varié.
L'emplacement, très bien situé au centre ville.
Nous sommes déjà venus plusieurs fois dans cette établissement, toujours hors période estivale, mais nous n'aurions jamais pensé, qu'en juin 2026, nous n'aurions jamais autant souffert de la canicule, 32 à 35° à l'intérieur de la chambre, exposée plein ouest, l'établissement n'ayant aucune installation d'air conditionné.

Cons:

Aucune installation d'air conditionné dans la totalité de l'établissement, que des ventilateurs, mis à la disposition de la clientèle, qui projetaient de l'air chaud.

Mit einem variablen Klimagerät im Zimmer gerne wieder - sonst nicht
Pros:

Grundsätzlich würde ich wieder dort übernachten

Cons:

Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen (nur kippen, da Griff defekt), daher war die Nacht unerträglich heiß. Ventilatoren helfen bei dieser Aussentemperatur nicht!

Pros:

Wenn auch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, war das Zimmer sauber, funktionell und ruhig, da es in den Innenhof ging.

Cons:

Manches ist leider schon sehr alt, auch wenn wir die Patina geschätzt haben. Wenn das Fenster wegen eines defekten Griffs nicht zu öffnen ist, stört das schon.

Enttäuschen und angesichts der Mängel zu teuer.
Pros:

Die Matratze war gut, das Frühstück auch.

Cons:

In der Duschkabine fehlte die Hälfte der Tür. Das wurde uns beim Einchecken nicht mitgeteilt. Das Bad war nicht wirklich sauber. Im Zimmer stand ein Sofa, das besser auf den Sperrmüll gehört hätte.
