Coral Suites Beach Club & Spa

Water leaking from the ceiling. Air conditioner does not work. I checked on restaurant reservations shortly after checking in. No openings at all.

Thank god only one night

The first "apartment" did not have a working refrigerator. Noone cleaned our room the first 4 days we were there. We had to complain 3 times about the non-working refrigerator and request a room change before we were moved to a different room.
The facility had no blankets, only sheets. No television options for english speakers. The beach was over 5 minute walk away.
We did not have our room cleaned during our entire stay.

The place pictures does not match at all what we booked online

Pros - Convenient location with restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacy and beach within few minutes of walking distance.
Cons - Hard to get hold of reception staff; mold growing on washroom faucets; this property is listed as Coral Suites and Beach Club Spa on Expedia. However, when we arrived at the airport, none of the drivers knew about this place. After struggling for about an hour, the reception finally answered and gave directions to the taxi. It appears that this property goes by few names (Coral Suites, Ducassi Suites, Los Corales, etc.)

The hotel is not big, but cozy and comfortable. Room with balcony, clean, towels provided. Very nice rooftop pool! The beach is 5 min walking distance from hotel. Shops, restaurants, bars - nearby. We are very satisfied ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

the staff didn't send to the wright place, I though the coral suites was the wright one, but they sent to us to the ducassi suites the opposite side of coral suites ok. the room don't have good air condition, also i saw a roach, it wasn't clean from sunday the 13 and I talk the person at the from desk move to another room because was a lot of noise, dirty, and no air condition I took pictures I can send

We have horse back riding schedule and nobody knew where the “meeting place” was. We waited at the lobby as directed by your email and nobody came to pick us up.
Overall will not recommend your packages..,

La primera habitación que nos entregaron, no estaba limpia. Luego nos cambiaron a otra que aunque se veia limpia, tiene olor muy fuerte a humedad y el baño tenia mal olor. El aire no enfriaba lo suficiente y las almohadas muy incomodas. El hotel luce abandonado y descuidado. Paredes sucias, bombillos quemados, olor a humedad, la tela de las toallas no era absorbente por lo que no te secaban el agua del cuerpo.
La zona donde esta ubicado el hotel en bien centrica pero las calles y aceras estan en muy malas condiciones. Lo mejor del hotel fue que incluia desayuno, muy bueno

It was in an excellent location

So, the property goes by many different names. I booked a stay at the "Coral Suites Beach Club & Spa" on Expedia, but that place does NOT exist. Instead, it was a newly/still renovated apartment building called "Ducassi Suites" converted into hotel rooms and called "Hotel Tropicana", by the "Sol Caribé apartments". It's confusing, very misleading and it's advertisement. The bed was hard as wood, the bathroom had calcium & rust buildup all over the faucets. They don't even supply covers for the bedding; just sheets!! The only thing that was nice about the place was the view from the rooftop pool and the convenience. That's it. Not to mention, I was only there for 3 nights, but the 2nd night, I had no electricity from 11pm to 10am the following morning...I would only stay here for the rate of 35/night; that's honestly all it's worth.

Hotel is in the heart of the tourist zone, great restaurants, nearby beach, nightlife, and plenty of options for taxi should you want to venture out.
