Nice staff, but very old/outdated rooms.
Pros:

I booked a king sized room, but when I got there, they gave me a double bed. I informed the worker that I booked a king room. He upgraded the room after the mistake was noted.

Cons:

The rooms were old and outdated. The hallway was stuffy and smelled of mildew. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Nice stay.The gentleman at the front desk with suite. He was very accommodating, will stay again.

Pleased with our 1 night stay.
Pros:

It was clean. Bed was comfy. It is a family owned hotel. The family was very nice and accommodating with whatever you needed. Their son worked the front desk and is so sweet.

Cons:

Pillows were suspect - may want to bring your own.

Overall, it was a clean, comfortable stay with friendly and competent staff in a nice location.
Pros:

The breakfast was okay; we would have liked more fruit.

Cons:

The soda machine was broken, which is no big deal, but it would have been nice if the counter staff had some sodas on sale at the counter. They did have some snacks on sale there, so it seems logical.

Convenient location to family

Cons:

Tile in bathroom was coming off wall by shower on floor
On the entertainment center the lament was coming off
Fitted bed sheet kept coming off the mattress quite uncomfortable

It was ok, but not on our list of favorites.
Pros:

The staff seemed nice and the offer of Breakfast.

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable, the air/heat system is really old and barely functions, and never had cleaning Services provided, short on supplies like Toilet paper and towels, and etc.

Nothing terrible, but not great either.
Pros:

The location was convenient for us. Didn't have to walk too far to room or from room to breakfast.

Cons:

Our mattress wasn't very good. When I sat on it, I really sunk down. I felt like my rear was in a hole all night.
The sound on the TV didn't work. Staff had to come in and swap it out for another TV. A little awkward as we sat on the bed.

Absolutely sets the bar for a budget hotel. Clean, convenient, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast. We've been in a dozen budget hotels over the last 2 weeks and this has been, by far, the best!

Pros:

All I ask from a hotel is that it is clean, comfortable and the air-conditioning work. This checked all of the boxes and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was meh (waffles, hard boiled eggs, biscuits & gravy, cereal and toast), but I got enough to eat. I would certainly stay here again.
