Our first room was so bad. I couldn’t believe they would even rent that for 100. The smell was so bad you couldn’t even enter the room. The second was a little better.
The condition of this hotel is not worth the amount they are asking. The stairs have never been vacuumed . The walls curtains tub everything was just nasty.
This is my second time coming here! Both of my stays have been great!
Nothing
I travel often and stay in wide range of hotels & other accommodations. This particular one exceeded my expectations by far. We will be back when traveling through that area.
Liked the price and location. Felt safe. Good neighborhood. Gas station, grocery store, and movie theater within a block. Friendly staff. A/C worked well in the room for hot summer day.
It is dated. Paint and curtains didn’t match. Furniture worn. Pool was small needed to be painted. The unpainted areas made pool appear dirty. Hallways were warm and poorly lit.
I made reservations in January for this hotel. I booked a room for
June 9th. About two weeks before I was due to arrive i received and email confirming my cancellation. I did not cancel this reservation and attempted to contact the hotel to no avail. I then contacted Expedia ( whom I made the reservation through) explained the situation and they emailed the hotel asking they contact me about this. Never heard from them! Very poor customer service!
Beware and have a back up place to stay.
I wasn't able to make it to breakfast , but they're dining room was beautiful
I kept havin to ask someone to open the door cause I had trouble getting my room door open
Clean, comfortable room and bed. Overall clean facility. Friendly staff.
The best element of this stay was the simplicity of booking with TripAdviser. The staff were cordial and pleasant as well. Unfortunately, the poorly maintained, run down, unclean and - quite frankly - unsafe and disgusting rooms were disappointing. Paint was peeling, discolored, and stained; fixtures were rusted or broken. A lamp power cord was reconnected with electrical tape. The mattress was broken, with a visible gap, and stained with God-only-knows what. After these discoveries, I couldn’t bring myself to brave the breakfast. Perhaps one star is more appropriate, but I do want to acknowledge the friendly staff. Regardless, I would neither return myself, nor recommend a friend use this location.
It was quiet.
Bed was worn out sunken on one side. Smoke detector was failing off the ceiling ,bathroom vent would not work, mold on ceiling in bathroom, paint peeling in bathroom, bathroom door hits the shower curtain rod when opening. TV wouldn’t work.
*******ZERO STAR from My SIDE, weed smell every where in motel*******
************ weed smell every where in motel never recommend this my life*************
*****worst motel in whole springfield MO*********
Very disappointed with this motel. The rooms were in terrible condition, and the bed sheets had visible stains on them, which felt extremely unhygienic. They also sold us a pet room without informing us and presented it as a normal room. The entire room smelled like dog urine and feces, making it almost impossible to stay comfortably. After staying there, I even got sick, which made the experience much worse.
The complimentary breakfast was also awful. The scrambled eggs smelled foul and seemed spoiled. Overall, the cleanliness, service, and food quality were completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I booked a king sized room, but when I got there, they gave me a double bed. I informed the worker that I booked a king room. He upgraded the room after the mistake was noted.
The rooms were old and outdated. The hallway was stuffy and smelled of mildew. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.
The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The owners and the employees were very nice also.
It was clean. Bed was comfy. It is a family owned hotel. The family was very nice and accommodating with whatever you needed. Their son worked the front desk and is so sweet.
Pillows were suspect - may want to bring your own.
The breakfast was okay; we would have liked more fruit.
The soda machine was broken, which is no big deal, but it would have been nice if the counter staff had some sodas on sale at the counter. They did have some snacks on sale there, so it seems logical.
