Very disappointing
Pros:

I booked for my son who was traveling from New Zealand and arrived in st Louis at 11pm but he was not to access the room. They threw him out of the building at 11am due to his age. A 19yr old in a foreign country thrown out of the building at 11pm and your company refused to refund us anything. This is daylight robbery. I tried to talk to the staff who was on duty and he was VERY, not sympathetic at all. Am a very heartbroken parent
