Pırıl pırıl temiz ve geniş odada terlik, bornoz, diş fırçası da dahil gerekli tüm ekipmanlar vardı. Duş jeli ve şampuanlar kaliteliydi. Nespresso kahve makinesi ve dolapta soğuk bardaklarla birlikte 2’şer tane San Pellegrino ve Aquapanna su ücretsiz olarak verildi. Küçük detaylarına kadar ince düşünülmüş bir otel, çok sessiz bir sokakta ve merkeze yaklaşık nehir boyunca keyifli bir yürüyüşle 15 dakika uzaklıkta. Klima çok iyi çalışıyor ve sıcak suyla alakalı da bir sorun yaşamadık. Resepsiyonda çalışan hanımefendi oldukça güleryüzlü ve sempatikti.

Gdybym spędziła w tym hotelu jedną lub dwie noce zapewne byłabym zachwycona. Czysto, przyjemnie, świetne wyposażenie łazienki, ekspres do kawy (na kapsułki). Przy pięciu nocach zaczynają wychodzić drobne niedociągnięcia, które negatywnie wpływają na postrzeganie hotelu, np. brak dokładania zużytego typu herbaty i kawy, nieumyte/niewymienione szklanki i łyżeczki.
Hotel położony jest w bardzo spokojnej okolicy, ok. 10-15 minut spacerem od dworca kolejowego i od historycznego centrum Florencji.

The hotel feels brand new, and we absolutely loved its clean, modern, minimalist design. Our room was a great size and impeccably clean. Finding four complimentary bottles of water in the fridge was a lovely surprise and especially appreciated in the hot weather.
The room also comes with a Nespresso machine and capsules, and the staff were happy to replenish them whenever we asked. Both the air conditioning and the bathroom ventilation worked perfectly, making the room comfortable at all times.
The location is wonderfully quiet, and combined with the incredibly comfortable beds, it was exactly what we needed after long days of sightseeing. The crisp, snow-white linens felt luxurious - it honestly rivaled the comfort of a 5* hotel.
What truly made our stay stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They provided us with a city map, recommended places that could accommodate our dietary needs, and even arranged an early morning taxi for our departure. We had an amazing stay here! Location is good, not far at all from the main area/shopping and super close to the bridge/water. So clean and comfortable! The lady at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Complimentary robes & water in the room, and there’s an elevator which is a win! 10/10 stay, amazing for the price!
