Pros:

Las recepcionistas son muy atentas el hotel tiene muy buena vista, lo único que fallo es que no habia internert en la pantalla del cuarto. entonces no podiamos ver netflix o youtube llamamos pero no pudieron arreglarlo. en general lo demas bien se agradece que tiene agua caliente. el hotel esta lejos del centro por lo que si quieres estar donde esta todo los negocios y vida nocturna no es tu opcion pero si vas en plan de descanso es totalmente una joya.

We WILL return
Pros:

What an awesome couple of days. We stayed in the King-sizedbed, ocean view room. Huge balcony, room is above average in size, bathroom is big with a walk-in shower and jetted soaking tub. Staff is super friendly and we were allowed to bring our dog. No elevator so be prepared to climb to the 3rd floor. The view was worth the climb. We are already planning our return.

No me volveré a quedar en ese Hotel
Pros:

En general esta bien el hotel. Pero esta retirado del centro de Progreso. Es importante llevar auto. El cuarto que nos asignaron, el número 10,no lo recomiendo, huele extraño. Y no, no me volveré a Hospedar en ese Hotel. Buenas noches 😃😃

Pros:

If ur a kite surfer this might be your place. Otherwise, get closer to the malecon. The hotel is isolated and not really walkable to town. There’s no way the cheaper places in town are worse.

Clean beachfront hotel, friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Check-in was easy and efficient, check-out the same. Room was very clean. The only thing we felt was slightly lacking were the amenities. The bed was very comfortable but the chairs at the table were not. Also, there wasn't an easy chair to relax in. The location, while being right on the beach, did not have any restaurants or other attractions nearby. We had to Uber or take a taxi every time we wanted to eat.

Pros:

It’s always a pleasant surprise when a hotel exceeds your expectations, in this one certainly did! Located right on the beach, with easy access and beautiful setting! The staff was very friendly and inviting, and were helpful anytime we needed some thing.

Mala experiencia
Pros:

El lugar no es lo que aparenta en las fotos, es mucho menos lujoso, por otra parte la experiencia que tuve fue mala, debido a que no hubo luz al llegar y tardo como 4 horas en volver, finalmente ya no me hospede ahi, quiero pensar que no siempre es así.
