Overall it was a great hotel room comfortable and affordable.
Cons:

There was no curtains that blocked out the light outside and still could see through the thin curtains it has.

Pros:

Great location. Very friendly staff. It was State basketball and it ended pretty late; I loved it how they allowed my 19-year-old son checked in.

I was pleased with everything with my brief stay in Iowa. I'm from Pennsylvania.
Pros:

We left to early for breakfast but we were able to grab something before we left at 4:15AM

Cons:

I enjoyed everything the hospitality was excellent.

Awful. Sad. Disappointing. Sickening.

Dead bugs everywhere. Old food under our beds, cereal and shell pasta... not vacuumed. Rusty bathroom fixtures, ripped shower curtain, blood on inside of lampshade. Stained chair cushion both sides(huge) filthy trash can..pubic hair in drawers for our clothes along with bug fragments.Husband stepped on something so sharp he screamed out. It broke skin.Remodeling the whole third floor we were on, loud banging, awfully hot in hallway, could barely walk out without tripping or bumping into furniture. Only good thing was the manager was very sweet and apologized. Very confused how this could be Radisson.

Very frustrated with our room!!
Pros:

This is our go to hotel when coming to Des Moines. In past visits we’ve been very pleased with our stay.

Cons:

We were put in a handicap room which we did not want. The level floor shower and curtain that was a foot from the floor allowed water to cover the bathroom floor - which was treacherous. The shower did not have any pressure or warm water. The shower had dirty towels in it. There was not a counter top around the sink, so nowhere for my wife to put her makeup and toiletries. Also the sound kept going in and out on television making it hard to watch.

home away from home.
Pros:

the staff were very friendly, very welcoming. Exceeded my expectations. made sure we had enough plugins for all of my mothers medical devices. They were friendly and easy to talk to and just have a chat. everyone there looked like and acted like they liked their job. as a boss myself that is very difficult to do. they all looked happy and wanted to make our experience great. i was so surprised how big our room was.

I feel they did an excellent job .

Pros:

Cleanliness and walking distance to Arby’s Burger King taco John’s Quiznos and kum and go! All a less than a minute walk from the hotel
