Pros:

We booked and paid to stay at Somewhere for three nights between Christmas and New Year which looked like a lovely location and had great reviews. We then found that we needed to change our booking slightly to fit in with the COVID restrictions. I contacted them using every social media platform and called them however there was no reply, even up to the day we were due to check in which caused us some anxiety and frustration. We finally heard from them once we had contacted Expedia, that they were closed, and they are in the process of organising our refund.
I think ideally better communication in the future would have given us more piece of mind, especially if we had turned up to the hotel and it had been closed. It was ridiculous that now where online said it was closed before we booked. We are still waiting for our refund.

excellent getaway
Pros:

The bed was so comfortable I am going to buy same bed for home.
Fixtures in the bathroom are quite nice. Especially the rainwater shower head.
The breakfasts were wonderful. The picnic baskets are a great delivery system.
The location is just out of town enough and would be a perfect location for a coffee bar in morning and a beer and wine lounge for end of day.

Pros:

El lugar nos pareció muy agradable aunque Por el precio nos parece que deberían mejorar ciertos aspectos enfocados en el confort de los huéspedes, como la calidad del colchón, ropa de cama completa, opciones de almohadas, lograr tener oscuridad total en la noche y al menos 2 toallas por huesped...además de mayor variedad en el desayuno, con opciones más saludables, café qué no sea de percolador, entre otros.
Creo que el lugar podría llegar a estar completo agregándole tal vez una pequeña piscina o hidromasaje.
La atención muy cordial en general
