Nice place to stay and convenient to the airport
Pros:

We really like the shuttle to the airport service and we also left our vehicle there at their property while we were gone for a week. The rooms were clean. We just had a hard time figuring out the TV!

The offsetting $50 credit for the deposite NEVER appeared on my card.
Pros:

The basic, rate, and stay in general were acceptable. HOWEVER: read the "didn't like" comment regarding failure to refund my deposite below.

Cons:

The room, rate, and stay in general were acceptable. HOWEVER, the hotel charged the typical $50 deposite to my card and did NOT refund the $50 to my credit card after checkout even though the hotel's check out paperwork receipt showed the money was to be refunded. There were no room charges. The offsetting credit NEVER appeared on my card account. I called and spoke to the manager several times, he could only provide me with the hotel's paperwork showing the card was to have been credited. So the hotel says they credited the account, but the credit never showed (even after 2 weeks). My only recourse has been to challenge/dispute the original charge against my card with my bank and have them pursue and verify the credit was never received. This is a great deal of trouble that should never have been encountered. It is either an oversite or a scam, neither of which should is expected of a Radissson affiliated hotel. BEWARE! Suggest you request your deposite be refunded in cash at check out or better yet choose a different hotel.

Not very happy, will not be returning.
Pros:

Close to event center

Cons:

The pool heater was broke, so no pool. The curtains in the bedroom were ripped. The hot water for the shower was barely luke warm, no water pressure. The rooms smelled.

Pros:

Nothing really stands out about this property. It was fine. Everything was as expected. Service was professional and quick.
We had no special requests so expected nothing over and beyond.

Staff did okay.
Cons:

Check out was a little goofy, they billed us 3 times, one with a combined security deposit, one with a $50 credit and one with just a room balance. Confusing as to whether we were getting double billed for the room. A better way would have been to just bill the security deposit and room charge separately then give credit for the deposit at check out.
