Close to OMA
Pros:

Proximity to the OMA airport

Cons:

General facility issues. I don’t think it is maintained very well. Our bathroom sink water had a horrible odor so we did not use it. We had burned out light bulbs in two fixtures. Ugh!

Pros:

That is was close to everything that we wanted to do . I felt safe since it was a mother daughter only trip and my girls are younger.

Cons:

The pool broke the day before we got there and no reimbursement of any kind, and the key cards had to be re scanned so we could get into our room.

It served in a pinch, but we definitely overpaid for an uncomfortable two nights’ sleep.
Pros:

The location was good, close to both the airport and downtown Omaha, with plenty of parking. Breakfast was simple, but had decent variety and quality.

Cons:

Our room was damp and humid for our whole stay, when the weather outside was not nearly as humid. It left our clothes, bedding, and belongings with a damp feeling.

The first night we got there i asked the front desk for a crib and the receptionist said the hotel didnt have any cribs which i questioned as on the page they say they do have cribs upon request. The next morning i saw there was a crib going to another room so i asked one of the cleaning ladies and she said thag there were cribs available and to ask the front desk again. Later in the evening i asked and the girl in the front said she would try to find one. She was able to find one for us but was a little dissapointed that the first night we did not sleep well due to not having a crib for the little one and being worried about him falling off the bed. In the morning we went down for breakfast and tried the waffles they had a funky taste to them as if thr batter had gone bad.... the next morning as well the biscuits tasted like they had been frozen for a while had that frige taste to them and the gravy was very watered down. Then the pool the eater was very cold it was supposed to be a heated pool but apparently it wasnt working.

Ok but would pass on this hotel.
Pros:

Location to airport.

Cons:

Our room was dirty! The bathroom floor had hair all over counter had stuff still stuck to counter top. Carpets were dirty. On my nightstand was a crusty old contact. Also there was no hair dyer in our room. Breakfast was ok.
