Not very happy, will not be returning.
Pros:

Close to event center

Cons:

The pool heater was broke, so no pool. The curtains in the bedroom were ripped. The hot water for the shower was barely luke warm, no water pressure. The rooms smelled.

Cons:

Check out was a little goofy, they billed us 3 times, one with a combined security deposit, one with a $50 credit and one with just a room balance. Confusing as to whether we were getting double billed for the room. A better way would have been to just bill the security deposit and room charge separately then give credit for the deposit at check out.

The location. Nice and close to the airport.

The owners need to put some money in it to bring it up to standard- old stained carpet isn’t that attractive.

Pros:

Nothing really stands out about this property. It was fine. Everything was as expected. Service was professional and quick.
We had no special requests so expected nothing over and beyond.

Absolutely disgusted with the surprise parking fee.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast had good options and the food was hot.

Cons:

We had no remote for our tv. We were able to change the channels with the tv buttons. The pool was ice cold. Not heated as advertised. My kids wouldn’t swim. The elevator was down so had to carry everything up to the second floor. They don’t tell you and it’s listed as free on Booking, but it’s $10 a day to leave your car. I found this to be very frustrating as there is cheaper parking at the actual airport and I got the room so I could have free parking.
