The room condition, furnitures and maintenance has become detoriated compared to my previous stays. Food preparation were damn poor that I had to call chef in my room to show his preparations served in my room. The Paneer coating on the second night was so stiff that I was not able to cut using fork. Cuttleries with full of scratches and some of them had left over food stick over them. The hotel manager came to me during the check out and he told we take your feedback seriously and you will receive a call from higher authorities. Yet not one called me despite I filled the hard copy of feedback form as well. Probably this has not been notified ahead. Hence I had to write here on expedia.
Too much noise of the highway. Breakfast area is with flies due to the railway line. Cleanliness is challenge, no proper parking. Check in, check out is not seamless make you stay for very long. Too much of data they would look around. Charged me an extra money due to incorrect booking.
The staff is not super polite or accommodating. They are charging way too much for very mediocre service. The hotel is clean but it doesn't make sense to pay so much only for that.
Hotel was good but staff was not up to the mark.
