Opening day extravaganza
Pros:

We stayed there for opening day of the Rockies. Solid location (15 minute walk), great staff, Harry's was delicious, coffee shop connected was a nice perk, staff was friendly.

Would book it again because the hotel was great, including all of the staff

My room was great, the front desk attendant was great. She was very helpful and thoroughly explained everything. Would love to stay here again.

Cons:

Wish there was a fridge, but other than that everything was solid, the room smelled clean, and the room was also spacious

Pros:

Location is about as good as it gets downtown, very centralized. It’s a great historical location

It’s a 3 star hotel dressed up as a 4. The room has no drink fridge or microwave.

Fast and friendly plumbing service with smile!
Pros:

Our shower drain was clogged and almost ran over into the bathroom! Victoria came immediately and cleaned it out so we could finish our showers.

Pros:

The location was excellent, close to the 16th Street mall and the free bus up and down 16th Street. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. Access to Union Station and the airport light rail was simple. All in all a great experience and value.

Victoria was equally impressive. It’s clear she takes tremendous pride in her work.
