Not good at all one night no sleep
Pros:

Location and the rooms

Cons:

When the heating unit went on it was as if a truck was in the room !! So loud one was unable to sleep. I had forgotten my phone charger and I called the front desk to ask if the charger I was about to buy would fit the charge unit in the room. I was NOT told you provide a charger after I spent $40

Cons:

空调噪音和无法调整好温度让我们一整晚无法入睡，床品看起来很差，床头灯一边不能用，桌子是断腿的，报修也不能及时修复，孩子住宿非常容易被砸伤

Great stay
Pros:

Very dog friendly hotel, pet cleaning fee was high for a one night stay but overall this was a really comfortable stay, the room had a small sectional and a wet bar. Would be great for those traveling for a wedding

Recommended for visiting the IAS
Pros:

The rooms is spacious and comfortable. Staff are very friendly. The hotel is next to a shopping mall with some restaurants and a bus stop that serves buses to the university as well as buses to Princeton Junction.

Cons:

They didn’t send me an invoice for my stay even though I asked, both in person while checking out and through Booking.

A bit disappointed for the price I paid
Pros:

Complimentary breakfast, nice staff, large rooms. TV had chromecast. Bed was very soft (could be too soft for some people) but clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Hotel is old and is being renovated. Single-pane windows so you can hear the main highway nearby. Carpets and shower are very old looking. Elevator is slow. TV was sometimes loosing signal

Okay, minus the staff.
Pros:

The property itself was nice. It was clean, it was modern. Beds were OKAY. I like harder beds, their beds were extremely soft, which is fine. Hotel is in a nice area, near a bunch of stores and fast food chains. They had a shovel to plow snow.

Cons:

The lady at the front desk (short hair, fair skin) during our stay was so damn rude! Every time we asked for ANYTHING, she just scoffed and sighed. I tried to buy some waters, “you NEED to go wait over there, I am doing something!”. Asked where the ice machine was, “we don’t have an ice machine”, but the other lady showed us where the ice machine was right after. Asked for a shovel, she rolled her eyes and just went back to talking to someone else. The other lady went to grab it. When going to get something to drink, I asked “is this all there is to buy, or do you possibly have anything in the back” (there was only water)- she said “MMHM” not yes, just mmhmm. I asked her to clarify what her “mmhmm” meant, she annoyingly said “thats all there is”. I went to my room, put the drinks away, grabbed my purse to go to the store, was gone for maybe about 20 mins, got back with drinks, and THE WHOLE FRIDGE WAS FILLED WITH ME DRINKS!!! After she just said there was nothing else??
However, there is a younger lady with braids- she was very nice.

We ended up getting snowed in, and had to stay/pay for an extra night, bringing our stay to 4 nights, 5 days. Not once were we offered house keeping. We had to BEG for extra towels and extra blankets (it was 13° outside).
We had to shovel our own path.

The breakfast is $11, and it was mediocre. ALSO, was not served every day- only 1/5 days I was there.

Elevator took several minutes to get to you, also no fire exit/safety poster. Looks like they were under construction, and they were covered/non existent in some places.

AFTER USING THE ICE MACHINE THE FIRST DAY, there was an “out of order” sign the next day.

Overall, for the amount of money I spent, I expected a better experience. Some housekeeping, and for sure- better customer service.

Efficient hotel in a lacklustre location.
Pros:

De kamer was erg ruim, met een bureau, een groot bankstel en een groot bed. Het ontbijt was goed voor de prijs. De locatie van dit hotel, op een leisure park naast de snelweg is alleen handig als je bedrijven in de buurt wil bezoeken. De gym is klein, maar ingericht met loopbanden, een elyptical, twee exercise bikes en gewichten.

Cons:

De badkamer was klein met duidelijke sporen van gebruik. Toen ik er was werd het hotel duidelijk gerenoveerd, een van de twee liften was buiten gebruik. Niet al het personeel was erg enthousiast over hun werk.

Disappointing

Run down, in need of repair, staff rude and unhelpful. We have stayed many years at this location and it has clearly gone down hill. Did not feel like a Hyatt brand property at all
